I'm almost positive that there's another topic just like this somewhere on the forums...I'll try to find it and merge them later, but in the meantime, I'd just like to say that I wouldn't have a job right now if not for JN. I only learned Photoshop and Opencanvas and graphic art in general because I wanted to illustrate TOSOT. And as it turns out, my hobby has proved far more useful than my actual degree

P.S. I still have the ticket stub from back when I saw the original movie in theaters when I was 9. I figured that since I wouldn't be on IDOJ if it weren't for that time, its something worth saving in my wallet.

Hey, congrats on all the positive feedback from the professionals! Even if your proposals haven't worked out, it sounds like you're well on your way to becoming a screenwriter. It's very exciting to hear from people and companies that you hold in high esteem that you've done quality work. I'm sure you'll make it if you keep putting forth the effort. Looking forward to some day seeing a new, original series with your name on it.

Also, Jimmy has never dressed like a doofus. Sure, he has his own style (atom shirt, whippy-dip hair, and whatnot), but his clothes are nicely color-coordinated. He obviously cares about his appearance if he built a machine to do his hair. If anyone's got the nerd thing going on, it's Carl, who looks like he's wearing the pumpkin from Cinderella. Jimmy (and Sheen) at least have some semblance of a fashion sense, as demonstrated when they helped Carl look like less of a freak for Elke's visit.

I watched One of Us at three in the morning. I felt so... creeped out.

Come to think of it, I'm nearly totally JB now.  There's only one thing stopping me from stopping looking at JC, and that's the original movie.  I think that the original movie is the ONLY time that JC has ever been done well... well, maybe Trading Faces too.
