But I was really confused at first, because Cindy and Libby were talking about waking up Aurora, DJ, FS, and FL, so I had to go back and read the tail end of chapter 40 (which you totally added to because when you first posted the chapter, there was no scene of DJ getting the antidote. It ended with Aurora saying "Just this once..."). And I love, love, love the part where FS talks Ultra Lord with Sheen. It showed that even though he's been tortured/experimented with on for ten years, he still has his Ultra Lord geekiness inside him. So, yeah. That was probably my favorite part of the chapter, even though it was only two or three lines long.

Oh. My. God.

This chapter was absolutely amazing. Om my god, Future Jimmy is so... so... WEIRD! I mean, good weird, of course, but still, where's my DJ?! And OMG, that scene between Aurora and Future Jimmy was so and also ... I mean, it was a like an older and sexier version of J/C scenes!

When Aurora called Jimmy (who spoils the perfect awkward moment, BTW ) Thing 1 and F. Jimmy Thing 2, OMG, I was like

Lee and April were very cute, but I didn't want to know about them, I haven't had enough of F. Jimmy and Aurora!!!

Awww. I love Lee and April. I will admit, I did not like Lee at first, but now I totally ship Lee/April. They're just so squee-worthy. Also that means in an alternate alternate universe I could totally steal Nav.

I thought this chapter was really good. Chapters that usually explain things that had occured during the main storyline but were never actually seen have always been my favorite.

Am I the only one who actually really likes the new DJ? As much as I like bad guys, I do have a spot for reformed bad guys, but then new DJ did the thing I usually hate that reformed villains try to do (try to commit suicide to repent for the lives they took) stuff like that usually annoys me, but considering his circumstances, I looked past it. I really enjoyed when F. Jimmy explained how he was under megalomanium. I never would've guessed being under megalomanium would be like that. And it was him that did all that to Aurora when she was captured? Man, this chapter was just full of surprises.

I especially like that part where Aurora was doing that...thing to the F. Jimmy. I acutally leaned closer to my laptop to see if I was reading that right. My first thought was "Aurora, you animal!" Topped off with the former dictator acting all shy. I really hope I'm not the only one who prefers him this way. I loved the part where Aurora was finally nice to Jimmy. She actually made me laugh at her jokes.

Liked the part with April and Lee as well, however...I still like AprilxNav better.

So now Aurora and her group are now wanted fugitives, huh? I'm anxious to see how they will get out of this one.

Now, I desperately need more dialogues between Aurora and F. Jimmy.

If by "that thing", you mean "giving him a taste of his own medicine", then yes That was just so much fun to write. Too bad she ended up being a little too clever for her own good...

I love this update to tiny little pieces. The discussion between Aurora and Future Jimmy might top the list for me, in terms of my favorite parts of TOSOT. (Don't tell DJ, he'll throw a tantrum.)

I loved it even back when it was all fragmented and full of awkward cliche lines, haha. You've really improved on it, and it turned out amazing. It's so hard to do scenes like this - the first we get of "Future Jimmy", understanding what he's gone through...it's so emotional and just done so RIGHT. I love it.

I mentioned this in our PM, but I have to mention again how much I love Jimmy and Aurora's interactions in this section. Their conversation is such a reflection of a Jimmy/Cindy discussion (discussion/argument/whatever, lol). It just goes to show that Aurora was once truly Cindy - kudos to you, Mara, that you still managed to have that connection apparent this far into things after Aurora has changed so much from her youth.

Lee forever remains adorable. I kept waiting for him to come back because he was always a secret favorite. I'm nervous for him and April - I have this inner panic something's going to go wrong and they'll be exposed or something...that would be awful. April's already endured so much. And Lee would stand by her no matter what.

I just adored that FJ/Au moment, her giving him a taste of his own medicine. lol Totally awesome, Mara!

Wow, now Lady Jaya knows everything, sorta, and wants to confront them up close and personal. Dang.

That April/Lee moment was adorable, too. I loved how he comforted her in spite of her anguish over Nav.

Kudos on that Dr. Seuss reference! That part was hilarious!! And they(FJ, mainly) didn't know what to think about the kids being from an alternate universe where the megalomanium incident never occurred, which was why Aurora called them that. haha

Oh, and LOL once again at the mention by young Jimmy of "skinny Carl"!!! ROFL!! XDDDDDD

All in all, this was a SUPER installment, Mara! Can't wait for the next one!
