I mentioned this in our PM, but I have to mention again how much I love Jimmy and Aurora's interactions in this section. Their conversation is such a reflection of a Jimmy/Cindy discussion (discussion/argument/whatever, lol). It just goes to show that Aurora was once truly Cindy - kudos to you, Mara, that you still managed to have that connection apparent this far into things after Aurora has changed so much from her youth.
Hooray! I'm actually having a hard time negotiating the "new DJ", as it were. I'm not quite sure how his character is going to develop from here. As you know, I've written the epilogue, but everything until then is still up in the air. I guess we'll find out what sort of person he is together!
Lee forever remains adorable. I kept waiting for him to come back because he was always a secret favorite. I'm nervous for him and April - I have this inner panic something's going to go wrong and they'll be exposed or something...that would be awful. April's already endured so much. And Lee would stand by her no matter what.
Poor April. All that tragedy was necessary to explore her character a bit more, however. April was pretty one-dimensional until recently...now we see there's other stuff going on that she keeps hidden under the surface. Lee was such a surprise to me...I was kinda "meh" about him at first, but he slowly began to grow into one of my favorite nice-guy type characters. He's so nerdy and sweet.
