LOL Bryan Konietzko is much amused by all the kiss memes. I started following his Tumblr today and saw he reblogged the one of Sokka and Suki kissing and the moon holding flowers.

He's also a fan of Inappropriate Timing Spongebob, when it relates to Avatar.

Which makes me want to share some of the ones I've found.

I couldn't agree more. Aang wore a speedo on more than one occasion--and that wasn't even eye pleasing because he's twelve--but we can't see Mako and Bolin in regular swim trunks? The hell? I want me some shirtless LOK man candy.

That episode was handled a lot better than I expected. Really, really good stuff.

Also, why is it always firebenders who kill everyone's parents in this show?

I am now Asamisexual as well as Korrasexual. Holyyyyyyyy crap what a bamf. That episode was beyond amazing, not to mention totally made up for all the shipping crap in episode five.

All my feels were raging this episode. I was so torn. Makorra, Borra, Masami, Tahorra...Lin by herself as a BAMF!...everything. All the things.

THE MECHAS. THEY FOUGHT EQUALISTS. WHO WERE WEARING MECHAS. DA FUQ?

And...Asami is not an Equalist! I'm really, really happy about this. Because then if, in the future, Makorra becomes canon, it won't be because Asami is evil or some shit. It will be because Mako truly fell for Korra. And that's all a Makorra shipper could ask for.

And for some strange reason, this episode made me a Tahorra shipper as well. I know Tahno was only there for like 1.5 minutes and he's not as good looking in this episode and he was a jackass in previous episodes but...idk for some reason I now have raging Tahorra feels. And they won't go away.

And we finally get to see Mako and Bolin doing some decent fighting/saving! They've mostly been on the sidelines, or only bending for sport. Now they bend for their friends and the safety of benders everywhere! Yay!

Also, Mako using a sneeze to firebend = Aang using a sneeze to airbend = awesome.

AND LIN. LIN BEI FONG. YOU BADASS. OUTSIDE THE LAW. HO DAMN. GO KICK EQUALIST BUTT AND GET YOUR METALBENDERS BACK. DAS RIGHT.

And Tenzin bending to fight! YUS!!! Fighting!Tenzin is awesome. He needs to fight more. He needs to be a cool action dad.

Also, can I just say that I want Korra and Asami to be bros foreverplz? I want them to become like megasuperfriends and then be all like, 'yo Mako, we don't need you, we don't need no man!" and then stomp/skip off together to go powder their noses and blow up shit.

Bolin continues to be hilarious, Lin continues to be badass, Tenzin gains in coolpoints, and Mako continues to bore me

All in all, a great episode.

P.S. Am I the only one who wanted to see Toph come from beyond the grave and be like "CHALLENGE ACCEPTED" when Mr. Sato told Lin that even her mother couldn't bend platinum (how does that work, btw? )?
