And I was talking about Christians vs. IDOJ, since there's a healthy chunk of us here.

OK. Back on topic. Sort of...
Does anyone know if Mara has asked permission from Keith Alcorn about those episodes yet? (I'm assuming she hasn't, since I've heard nothing more abou it...) Just curious! :D

As Corky Shimatsu would say, "Super Crazy!"Ooh, Mara, what if for Christmas or New Years we held some sort of funraiser, except not for money... for art, fanfiction, and videos! We can maybe make a goal so we have tons of new stuff for IDOJ. I thought it would be nice since I know you're always scrounging for more artwork and stuff.
I love this idea Krista...although considering how busy people are around Christmas, I think it'd be a better idea to have a "New Year's Fundraiser"...you know, make it our new year's resolution to find more material or something.
I'd especially like to find some more music videos. And finish the one I've been working on, for that matter...I've had one sitting unfinished on my harddrive for like 6 months now. It's RIDICULOUS.

UPDATE :ph43r: [12/22/07]
-HELLOOOOOOO IDOJ!
**Everyone turns, as if I've suddenly crawled out of a dark hole somewhere after being gone for 2 years**
-Guess what time it is? It's...UPDATE TIME! :bff:
-Ahem. Finals were pretty beastly, and since Brown doesn't get out until after most other schools, I didn't get home to Vermont until late last night! :o I spent the entire day today shopping and working on a big surprise for my favorite person in the whole world, my little cousin (you may know her here as kyosgirl11, though she rarely posts). Now I'm updating all my crap between computers (my Dad's computer and my laptop, that is).
-In other news, I can't believe Christmas is only 2 days away! I feel like a skipped the whole holiday season this year. I had to pack Xmas specials, decorating the tree, gift-wrapping, and oatmeal-cookie-baking into a three hour marathon this evening. ^_^ It was pretty intense ;) I'm one of those people who totally geeks out over the holidays, so I just couldn't help myself. I can pretty much quote Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer word for word...and I did. :P
-Tomorrow I'm going to this giant Xmas party that my family throws every year, and we all participate in this "chinese gift exchange" where we pick numbers, then choose a present. The only catch is, when it's your turn you can take a new present or you can steal someone else's! It gets really cutthroat (jokingly, of course) and spouses often team up and work to steal the stuff they want. And of course, if someone steals your gift, you can turn right around and steal someone else's! It can go on forever
-I guess my point is that I'm going to be very busy the next few days, so I won't be on too often. However, after Xmas there'll be a lull in my schedule, so hopefully I'll be able to catch up on everything...TOSOT included. Now that I'm back home, I have all these crazy new ideas. I swear, I just wasn't emo enough at college to make the story work. I was having too much fun
-OK, well, that's it. I have a TON of stories about all my ridiculous college exploits and my stranger-than-fiction college friends. Maybe I'll post about it some time. Or maybe I'm being really egocentric and nobody cares. Oh well! o:)

Do you want me to write a journal with a new contest that has to do with fundraising and New Years Day?I love this idea Krista...although considering how busy people are around Christmas, I think it'd be a better idea to have a "New Year's Fundraiser"...you know, make it our new year's resolution to find more material or something.

[PS]: I'm flying away because I'm going to Louisiana to visit my stepmom's parents, for the first time I might add. I'll be gone a week. See ya! I'm spending Christmas in 60 degree weather! B)

Crap. All my snow is gone, and I'm not getting any 60 degree weather, either! It's just rainy and cold. <_< Looks like I'll be having a green Christmas. :P

But I don't live in either of those spots. And it's Summer. So I guess it's a boiling hot Christmas this year. As usual. ;)
(Which is tomorrow, btw. Timezones. ^_^ )

A New Year's fundraiser?
-Well, I know where there's a lot of Character Profiles that we could use. :P
-That busy Mara never gets around to using them though! HMPH!
Snazzo
P.S. - I just did a Santa Claus profile, check it out.
-It was the first profile I ever did while online. I usually write them in Word, then transfer them. It was spur of the moment.
P.P.S. - There is no P.P.S.
P.P.P.S. - A little snow here in Chicago, but it rained recently and washed almost all the snow away. Bleah! It's not so much a white or green Christmas, but a dirty grayish-green Christmas.

Ha! Sunny is just trying to rub it in! I'd trade warmth and sun for Ohio winters anyday. Most of the time we don't have any snow. It's just cold and grey. *sob* I want suuuun!! Or, if I can't have that, could I at least have a WHITE Christmas? <_<I WANT SNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW **cries** But that's never gunna happen. BRING ON THE SUNBURN!
@SNAZZO--Yuppers, it be that dang midwestern weather. Snow and ice one week, rain the next.
@EVERYBODY OR NOBODY--Oooh, a fundraiser sounds neat! Since I have nothing to donate, how should I participate? Go around and bug the heck out of other IDOJers till they donate? *lifts Sunny up by her shirt collar* DONATE, DARN YOU!!!!

Wait, what state do you live in?

Ohio, dear. 'Member? :D That grand ol'...Ohio. :P
I wish I had either 60 degree weather or snow. One extreme or the other...none of this stupid cold and wet and grey stuff. <_<
