There isn't a single good JS fanfic that wasn't abandoned. It's really depressing. I'd write some myself but I'm afraid i wouldn't do it justice.

SC is Sheen/Cindy. I think Sheen/Carl would be CS, just to differentiate.
But I haven't seen any good, completed SC fics either. It's a real shame. I love that pairing.
And slash is AMAZING and don't even try to tell me otherwise

I never searched for CS slash. That pairing isn't really my cup of tea, to be honest. But I don't think there are very many.
