Freaking hilarious! I love it! I think the reason I love this line is because I can hear myself saying that to a certain friend of mine.Tex decided it would be fun to mess with him a little, so she said, “Well, let's think about this, shall we? You're a man. I'm a woman. We're in the bedroom...................................... Obviously I want that Mahogany desk in your study.
Yes, worse… you might fall in loooooove!!!!Watch your back, came that little voice inside her head. If you let him get the better of you, you'll end up behind bars – or worse.
Yes, what is he talking about? I’m sensing a pretty good back story.“Massachusetts? What are you talking about?”
Seriously I love reading your writing!

Tex's definition of worse = dead
Crys's definition of worse = OMG WUUUUUUUUUUUUBBBBBB
Jimmy's back-story: He's from BWOSTONYes, what is he talking about? I’m sensing a pretty good back story.
Thank you, my gorgeous little bird. I love reading your commentsSeriously I love reading your writing!

“I'm God's own blessèd angel,” she answered wryly, pushing up the brim of her hat. “Can't you tell by my harp and pearly white robes?”
This is the greatest thing Tex could have said at this point. c: It was magnificently placed. The tension between these two is enough to make a good story on its own.
Tex is such an interesting character, as I've said a million times before. xD; Her flaws and weaknesses are original and perfectly crafted. Great job!
Tex decided it would be fun to mess with him a little, so she said, “Well, let's think about this, shall we? You're a man. I'm a woman. We're in the bedroom ...................................... Obviously I want that Mahogany desk in your study.”
Greatest line by far! I laughed incredibly hard at that part. Hilarious~
Drink with friends or not at all, Don't fire 'till you're ready; Beware the man who startled can, still hold his hands a-steady.
I dunno, but I honestly liked that line. O_o; It seems like a quotable thing to say. xD;
Really..did you make it up? Or is it a popular quote?
“Look at you,” he said, “sitting there with your revolver, assigning a dollar value to my existence. Is that what life and death is to you? A transaction? The mere notion is despicable, and I won't stand for it. If I wanted to continue putting money into the hands of crooked scoundrels, I would've stayed in Massachusetts.”
“Massachusetts? What are you talking about?”
Oh my God!
Like Emily, I'm scheming. There are so many possibilities! But me thinks Sheriff isn't so innocent as he seems.
She figured as much and took advantage of it. And if you're further wondering why the hell the Sheriff would have 30k in modern dollars in a safe in his room...well, you'll have to wait and find out

hint: he's not a hooker
It's so sad how well you know us. xD;
Just like I said, it's great! I'm loving the plot and your style so far, darling. c:
Up until this point, Tex had been so confident and I like how she isn't as much. Which is really rather funny because at the end of the chapter, she still seemed so determined to allow Sheriff to outdo her, it's amusing.
Keep up the fantastic tale you've got going!

When I set that joke up last chapter with the mahogany desk thing, I had no idea whether people would find it funny or not. Success!Greatest line by far! I laughed incredibly hard at that part. Hilarious~
I made it up, but I tried to make it sound like one of those pieces of "folk wisdom" people might've said in the olden daysI dunno, but I honestly liked that line. O_o; It seems like a quotable thing to say. xD;
Really..did you make it up? Or is it a popular quote?
Scheme away! I'm betting free avvies up the wazoo because I'm darn near certain nobody's gonna guess his back story.Like Emily, I'm scheming. There are so many possibilities! But me thinks Sheriff isn't so innocent as he seems.
After 6 years, I'd be ashamed if I DIDN'T know you guys like the back of my handIt's so sad how well you know us. xD;
I will, m'dear! Keep up the fantastic reviews!Keep up the fantastic tale you've got going!

Eh...a random sketch of Tex out on the prairie. Last time I made her look psychotic, so this time I went for a more lonesome feel. Oh, and I made it blink for some reason
