Yeah, I definitely don't get the Hub in my most basic of basic cable packages. I shall be relying on the good ol' internets. *patpat*

I'm curious to see how many more fan-influenced things happen in Season 2. Like, Derpy got all sorts of cameos by the end of Season 1, and I've heard she's got real character status (as Ditzy Doo, I believe) in Season 2, though I'm not entirely sure what that means. Guessing she's elevated to character level of Snips and Snails, etc...background pony that has a name and personality. But what ELSE could happen? Clearly the writer's have listened to the internet fanbase...so what other fun surprises are in store? *bounces* I'm pretty excited!

(except that I have no friends who are both Starkids AND Bronies...why can I think of no one who will appreciate this on the same level as me?! Double posting this to both fanclubs just because I can.)

Okay, list the ponies in order from favorite to least favorite:

For me, it's Pinkie Pie, then Twilight Sparkle, then Rarity, then Fluttershy, then Applejack, then Rainbow Dash. (I love them all, so the end of the list doesn't mean I don't like them!)


Next, list the ponies in order from who is most similar to yourself to who is most dissimilar:

I'd say Twilight Sparkle first, then Fluttershy, then Applejack, then Pinkie Pie, then Rainbow Dash, then Rarity.

I find it interesting how different those two lists are for me...

I now have The Hub! I'm all set for Season 2!

My favorites from most to least are AJ, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy and Rarity.

Also, I know I haven;t brought this up yet, but, has anyone ever read the infamous Cupcakes fanfic?

Lol, no. I can't handle things that are mentally disturbing, and since it involves my favorite pony BEING mentally disturbing, I think that might just traumatize me for life.

I am amused, however, by the concept. From a distance at least. I just don't need to actually READ it...

Yeah, it's hard NOT to know what Cupcakes is all about when you're part of this fandom. I know the fanfic front to back, even though I've never personally read it, lol. It's just so pervasive in all the fan media and sites.

In other news, my boyfriend refuses to admit that non-weird people could like FiM. Though I guess his definition of "weird" is pretty broad...he thinks any grown-up that actively watches a cartoon of any kind that isn't originally meant for adults is weird. So it isn't just brony discrimination, lol.

Someday...in the future...when we live together...I shall assimilate him into the herd. And it will be epic.
