Lol, I'm not really sure what you guys want me to say. I know all about the Cupcakes story, so illustrations of it on DeviantArt can hardly be surprising. It doesn't offend me in the slightest. People can write and draw whatever they want. I've seen loads of Cupcakes jokes on youtube and DA and Equestria Daily, and many of them are quite hilarious. I avoid the nastier ones, because I don't like horror stuff and I adore Pinkie Pie as she is, but psycho-Pinkie is truly a funny thing to imagine, so I don't blame people for obsessing over it.

As for the "accusations of being lesbians" thing...first of all, I hate that phrasing. Would you "accuse" someone of being straight? Being a lesbian is by no means a bad thing. At all. And personally, I don't really care if people decide certain ponies are lesbians.

As for me, I don't see any evidence of hetero/bi/homo/a-sexuality in any of the characters - with the exception that Spike and Rarity must either be hetero or bi (because of Spike's crush on Rarity and Rarity's interest in Prince Blueblood). Beyond that, there is not a word of romance mentioned in the show, so who's to say what each pony is into? You can't really judge those things based on personality. Or appearance. Yes, "Rainbow" Dash brings to mind the symbol of LGBT movements, but it's kind of silly to believe that just because her name is "Rainbow" means she's a lesbian. So what if she's less "girly" than, for example, Rarity? That says nothing about who she is romantically interested in. Heck, if you wanted to pick out the most "butch" of the ponies, it'd be Applejack. Does that make Applejack a lesbian? No. It also doesn't make her straight. Being more feminine or masculine doesn't indicate a sexuality.

I don't care one way or the other what sexualities people assign to the ponies in their own head canon, as long as they're respectful of those sexualities in real life. As for me, like I said, I don't think there's enough evidence for any of the ponies to give them a label like "heterosexual", etc. So I just don't. They can be whatever, lol.

As for where I think these prompts from you guys stems from, it's true, I rant about making the ponies look like "sexy humans". But that's because I rant about over sexualized images everywhere, lol. People have the right to draw them, I just wonder why so many choose to do so, especially for something that is intended for little kids. I honestly don't understand it.

So yeah. I guess that's my response?

I wish I knew when the rest of the season would start. Since these past two episodes were originally intended for season 1, I don't know how long we'll need to wait for "real" season 2 to begin...hopefully not long...

Forgive me for butting in on your awesome brony-mance for a second, but do you guys remember that pony generator that was posted by....Mara? I think? Anyway, it was a couple of pages back, and because doll-makers are ADDICTIVE, I checked it out.

You can upload a cutie mark. I instantly thought of the atom symbol. (So sue me. )

Anyone else thinking of pony versions of characters? (...or maybe I'm just weird.)
