Lol, out of complete and total bordeom, I took a quiz on which character from Twilight you were.
I got Jacob Black.
And then I chose the anwers I would NEVER choose in a million years to see which character I wouldn't be and I got Bella Swan.
I was like, "YES. I AM LIKE THE COOL WEREWOLF AND NOT LIKE THE WHINEY MARY-SUE!"
XD

That was kind of Harsh...Who isn't annoyed by being called a hateful basher?
Now go somewhere else and read your sucky books.
I never called anyone a hateful basher. I Just said I disagree with you,but I respect your opinions.
Just because I like the book gives you no right to be so mean to me!
How would you like it if I did that too you!!
I was very Polite in giving my opinions and I politly asked if I should
stop posting my ideas in this thread. You didn't have to be so Harsh.

True, but you didn't have to be so harsh about it. You could have said it in a nicer way, plus I have my rights as a human to voice my opinionsListen. It's a bad idea to post in a fanclub of something you explicityl disagreed with. If there were a Twilight fanclub here too, I wouldn't post in it. Similarly, I didn't post in the HSM fanclub when making my HSM hater's thread.

I live with people I explicitly disagree with. It's a bad idea to post in a fanclub of something you explicityl disagreed with.
And we get along fine.
She's not insulting you. Why should her presence be so offensive? She wants to talk to you because she LIKES you. She wants to talk to other people, and she's okay with disagreeing because she's deciding to not take it personally and hoping no one else would.
It's a matter of opinions. Don't worry so much. She just wants to talk to friends.

We may disagree with your opinion of the series, but I still like seeing you post here about what you do like. It gives us haters something to talk about.
Plus you coming in here to brag about Twilight winning the KCA was awesome. I would do the same thing if I were you. ^_^

HI ZOEY! *waves like loon, glues self too* *shot* Ow.
I think I hate twilight for a different reason than everyone in here, actually. Everyone hates it, because it is fail, or badly written, or whatever, and stuff.
I hate it because I can't stand vampires, and/or anything like vampires. *hides from people* THEY'RE TOO DARK FOR ME OKAY. :onfire:

The rest of the people I didn't care for, but these three were really the only reason I finished reading the whole book and let my sister Carol bring me to watch the movie with her.
These characters I thought were interesting, and pretty cool.
And whoever played Jasper in the movie was gorgeous.

I didn't like Bella very much. She is so winey and annoying, but I did like how she would risk her life to save her family. other then that reason I can't stand her. She can have Vampire you-know-what with Edward, but she can't Marry him.Thats all she ever thinks about. She ignored everyone when she was dating Edward and when he dumped her she still ignored everyone and started crying like an Emo kid.I hate how she can't last one frieken day with out Edward. She might as well Sew herself to him. If she loved Edward so much she should have gone out and found him, instead of crying all day and making things hard on the people around her.She is a huge tease. She knows that she will never be with Jacob because she loved Edward more, but she continued to flirt with him and lead him into that direction.I understand she wanted to be with Edward forever and becoming a vampire is cool, but she wouldn't mind killing innocent people around her just to stay with him.The only reason why she fell in love with Edward was because he was beautiful. She married him for his looks and vampire you-know-what.She never asked him about his charecter or his human life. Thats the first thing that draws her to him.She probably wouldn't have gave him the time of day if he wasn't super handsome and a vampire. She wines and gets whatever she wants. She complains when she gets two cool new cars. any normal teenage girl would have been happy, but she would rather have a pick up truck.
"Oh No I can't have a super cool new car, because i'm such a poor little girl. Now I can actually get to places. What ever shall I do?! I'll go home and cry!"
She is the only reason I could think of that I don't like about Twilight.
haha ok i'm done.

If you actually happen to like Twilight, you shouldn't be here anyway, but if you haven't read the books and don't want to know what happens yet, don't read on.
I'm joining this club because Twilight should never have gotten as big as it has, it's cliche and could have been so much better.
I don't hate everything about Twilight, but Stephanie Meyers really kind of sucks as an author. She writes one-dimentional main characters, God-awful romantic scenes, stalker-like actions that are approved by the characters... it's creepy.
I read all four books (I refuse to read the latest one online because it's a rewrite of Twilight) and saw the movie. I saw the movie first, and honestly, I thought it was pretty good. I like Kristen as Bella, and Taylor Lautner (plays Jacob) is a hottie. It was ok, so I got my mom to buy me the books.
That's when I just about lost it. The books SUCK. I thought the movie was ok, but now that I look back at it... *cringe* It wasn't as good as I thought it was. I laughed my way through her God-awful writing, only pausing to seriously read it when Jacob, Alice or Jasper came into the story. They were the only characters with actually personalities, Jacob being the best and Jasper being boarderline. Every other person in the story felt flat, and Bella was so Mary Sue I wanted to cry. Edward was a cliche, and Jasper was boarderline chliche, too. You know, that one character who can't control himself, had a horrible past, is a little bit of an outsider? And Rosalie-- my God, can't you get any more stereotypical blonde popular-type vampire? It's like Meyers read a dozen books and picked the most cliche thing about all of them and put them all together in a not-even-half-decent plot.
Jacob I do like. I actually have a poster of him. But for my birthday, my aunt BOUGHT ME THE TWILIGHT DVD. I want to scream. I never want to watch that movie again. I might watch the next one, just to laugh at it and to see Taylor playing Jacob because he's got a bigger part, but still.
And honestly, Edward talks like he's from the late 1800s. You'd think he'd've picked up on the slang over the centuries and learned to fit in a little more. And he SPARKLES. That could have been played up really well and set Meyers apart as a writer, taking a new spin on the age-old vampire myth... but nooooo, she writes it into the plot as a romatic almost metaphor for Edward being perfect and harmless. Well, he wasn't. He could have killed her! And Renesmee-- ick! I mean, she's almost more Mary Sue than her mother! The perfect little angel baby who can talk by five weeks old and remembers the day she was born? Even being half-vampire, that's a little far-fetched. And Bella becomes perfect after she turns vampire, losing the ONLY thing that made her even the least bit human (the clumsy factor).
Ok, I'm done my rant now.

And I will say this again. A sparkly vampire is the LAMEST THING EVER.
