Ok... I like Jacob, and I liked uh... Jasper and Alice... and... uh... *thinks really hard* oh, the back covers were good! Very... informative. :DCan we kind of reverse this a little..
Can you guys give me atleast one thing from the book you find decent or you think is ok?
If you can do that I would be happy to list something I hate from the book.

I understand this is a haters club, but I like telling you guys my opinions and no one seems to have a problem with me being here, except for one person. The following rant about Twilight contains spoilers.
If you actually happen to like Twilight, you shouldn't be here anyway, but if you haven't read the books and don't want to know what happens yet, don't read on.

Oh, I didn't mean anything by that... I don't have a promblem with people liking Twilight, or said people posting on the board. Even I admit there were some high points, and I do plan on watching the next movie. I just didn't want to accidently reveal anything about the last book (about Renesmee, mostly) in my rant to anyone who didn't want to know yet. I honestly wasn't trying to imply anything... really.I understand this is a haters club, but I like telling you guys my opinions and no one seems to have a problem with me being here, except for one person. The following rant about Twilight contains spoilers.

I am sorry if I offended you. :treehugger: <-- You are the tree.

That site is the best thing ever Justine!
Thank you for finding it. I'm looking at all the blog posts now, and I'm watching the anti-twilight videos they put in a blog post.
But I read this post and felt the need to share:
Stephen King publicly announced his distaste for Stephenie Meyer's horribly amature writing skills in a recent USA TODAY interview claiming, "Stephenie Meyer can't write worth a darn. She's not very good."
He goes on to explain, "in the case of Stephenie Meyer, it's very clear that she's writing to a whole generation of girls and opening up kind of a safe joining of love and sex in those books. It's exciting and it's thrilling and it's not particularly threatening because they're not overtly sexual. A lot of the physical side of it is conveyed in things like the vampire will touch her forearm or run a hand over skin, and she just flushes all hot and cold. And for girls, that's a shorthand for all the feelings that they're not ready to deal with yet."
Oh, ouch! That's gotta sting. Finally someone in the literary world has the balls to confess how mediocre Meyer's writing truly is. However, because of this sudden act of brutal honesty the twitards are having a hissy over this by attacking King's own ability to write, his sanity, and his apparent…jealousy? That's right, the twitards have convinced themselves that Stephen King is just jealous of Stephenie Meyer because he didn't think of Twilight first.
…LOLWTF?! Stephen King already dabbled in the vampire fiction genre when he wrote Salem's Lot AGES ago. His vampires scare the living shit out of you, Meyer's sparklepires? The best they can do is blind you with their glittery complexion as they flee away in their shiny Volvo so as to not miss their first period class. Don't want to get a tardy slip!!!
As far as we know Stephenie Meyer has yet to address the matter and in fact appears to be avoiding the very subject. Fans and antis both have been e-mailing Seth about the 'travesty' and so far everyone has been ignored. Are the Meyers afraid of the truth? Are they by chance...intimidated? Seth usually throws a hissyfit in Steph's honor over things like this so everyone is surprised by the sudden silence.
ROFL YUS! King is my friend Rachel's favorite author, and I heard he's really good at writing but I don't think I've actually read any of his stuff yet. I should, though, since he said that. ^_^

On Thursday, in English class, we were learning the degree of comparison for adverbs (or something like that O.o). And, I guess I was trying to be creative?, and so for "slowly" I wrote "less slowly" and "least slowly".
Someone at my tabel was grading my paper, and asked if that could be done. When my teacher said no, I jokingly said, "It could work!" When she said no again, I said, "It'd work in Twilight!"
Those who knew I was an anti began to laugh. The twilighter in our class shot her head up and said, "What about Twilight?"
I told people to forget about it. But, I was still thinking that it would have worked for Twilight. ):

I wish I were, Sarah. I wish I were... An ACTION figure? ... You gotta be kidding me.
(Random English Question: Is it were or was? I think it's was, but were sounds better right now...)
IT IS. It's one thing to like the books, it's another to know there's Twilight T-shirts, action figures, and HEART CANDIES.I hate to admit but the whole twilight thing is getting a little out of hand..

I do have a little picture on my Wall...Don't kill me!
But...Yeah,It is getting out of hand. For me twilight is just a fase. I'm sure I'll be into something soon. The only things that are not a fase for me is One tree hill,Jimmy neutron and Rent. I think Wicked may be on that list soon <3
