Chapter 12

I turned on the TV and watched the Ultralord marathon. I knew across the street that Torie was watching it too.

I was all set to watch when I realized I forgot my sugar! I rushed down to the kitchen and got some cany and donuts, and anything with sugar in it!

I plopped down on my bed, opened up my snacks and shoved tehm into my mouth as Ultralord came on.

I was on a huge sugar rush, I hadn't had sugar at all today!

Ultralord, sugar, and a full afternoon spending time with Torie and my friends, this really was a great day.

The next day, I went over to Torie's house to talk to her about the marathon like she said we would.

I would talk to her about it, then I would go to Libby's house and see what she had watched.

I got to Torie's house.

"Hey Sheen," she said.

"Hey, Torie," I said.

We went up to her room and closed the door.

"So what did you think of the marathon last night?" I asked ecstatically.

"It was great! I loved the part where Ultralord and Robofiend fought each other!" Torie said.

"Oh my gosh, that was my favorite part too! We have to watch Ultralord together sometime and eat lots and lots of sugar!" I yelled.

"Sheen, did you by any chance eat a lot of sugar last night?" Torie asked.

"Yes!" I exclaimed.

"I can tell, because you're very hyper today," said Torie.

I stayed at Torie's house for a few more minutes talking to her about Ultralord, and how they were showing the movie in a few days.

I was having so much fun talking to Torie, I didn't realize it was time for me to go see Libby.

"Umm, Torie, I have to go now," I said.

"Why so soon? You just got here," Torie said.

"I know, but I have to go," I said.

"Where are you going? Home?"

"No, I have to go somewhere, and see someone," I told her.

"Who is it?" she asked.

I had to lie. I couldn't tell her I was going to see Libby, it would get her angry and then she'll be all yelly and stuff.

"Umm...I'm going to....Jimmy's house," I lied.

"Can I come? I want to see Jimmy," Torie said.

"Okay," I said.

I didn't really want her to come along. I was making that up so I could go to Libby's house. She was probably waiting for me.

Torie and I walked to Jimmy's house.

On the way there, we passed by Libby's house. I really wanted to go see her, she was probably waiting for me.

I didn't want to get her mad at me either, I can't handle the pressure. Geez, now I'm starting to sound like Carl.

We walked right past Libby's house, and I didn't even look. Torie and I started to hold hands.

Here's something I didn't know though that I later found out.

Libby happend to look out her bedroom window right when Torie and I walked by her house holding hands.



That's the chapter. I hope you enjoy, and I'll try not to take as long with Chapter 13.

Yeah I don't really like making chapters long.

I tend to make them in the middle because I don't want too long, but I don't want them too short.

That's a better way to write and keep your readers interested without boring them.

But each writer's different. -_-

Good thing I don't write like that anymore.

I found some of my old stories a few days ago, and one of my chapters in my story was 3 and 1/2 pages long.

I rememeber when i used to write poems. Because I didn't know how to put words and sentences together, I copied from some random fancy book and write on it!

I found some of my old stories a few days ago, and one of my chapters in my story was 3 and 1/2 pages long.

Wow, Pedro! That's pretty long, but that's NOTHING compared to chapter 19 of my fic Unforgettable Summer! When I'd saved it on my laptop, it said that it had, if printed, which I can't cuz of my lack of a printer, 13 pages LONG!!!!!!
