Aw, thanks, Writer Woman! I'm stopping my hovercycle over here in this forest skirting Eustace's grounds. I can hide in the shadows and determine the best route to take while I eat. There are a few guards pacing the walkway just under the rooftop, but I think I could climb my way up there and take out any or all of them easily.

Alright, on with the recon mission? Spike, are you nearing the overlord's castle?

Yep! I've parked my hovercycle in a forest edging the overlord's grounds. It's sitting in the underbrush and hidden with its cloaking device, just in case. I've almost reached the castle-- *lowers voice* OK, I've got to keep quiet now; two guards are talking on the walkway right above me. I'll update you later.

Good. Can you take assessment of the overlord's troops, find out their numbers? Don't update until you are out of hearing.

*whispers* OK, I've crawled back from the wall and I'm hiding in a bush, out of hearing. There appear to be at least a dozen of Eustace's thugs patrolling the outside of the castle: some are on the walkway overhead, others are pacing the edge of the grounds. I slipped past those, but I need to be careful. I'm going back to the wall and climbing it as soon as those two guards move away. I can knock 'em out easily and quietly, but I'll have to watch for any cameras.

Keep in touch. I won't be able to communicate with you for a bit. As far as Eustace's troop number...well, I'm sure I'll get a chance to check that out once I'm inside.

Oh, that's not good. If she doesn't find her way out of there by the time I've gotten the information I need, I'll take the sewers out of Eustace's castle and pick her up. OK, I've reached the wall. Contact you later.
