You could write a how to book on writing that combines fun puzzles and all. I'd so buy it. We all would.

And you mentioned his sister Laudya! Aww! I'm so happy you threw that in. It shows Nav's softer side and sort of "justifies" his life as a thief. Definitely Han Solo-ish, haha. You had me pretty curious about why Cindy seemed so upset Nav hadn't told his sister about his life as a criminal. I'll just have to sit here wondering and guessing for now, I suppose.

Jimmy DIDN'T erase Nakki and Wenna's memories! I loved that plot twist! Here we go, picking up with the suspense and the excitment. AND LADY JAYA, AHHHH! D: LOL. This should be cool, seeing what Lee throws at the troops. And hurray for Wenna! She's so sweet; now she gets her chance to be the hero.

Actually, I was THIS close to including the following line:

NAV: Welcome to the bridge everyone. I expect you all to address me as “Captain Kirk” from this point on. Or if that doesn’t work for you, “Hans Solo” will suffice as well…heck, I’ll even settle for Captain Janeway…

Hmm, maybe I didn't make this clear, but Jimmy did TRY to erase their memories. It was just a case of Jimmy's invention going awry, yet again.

Oh, no, you made that clear. I just meant that that was a great plot twist, having everyone THINK Jimmy had erased the girls' memories when really his invention had malfunctioned...again. ;D

I just wasn't sure about how Nav would have seen Star Trek or Star Wars, being a Numerian...but I guess he could have seen the shows broadcast into space.

Nah, that IS a JN movie quote, but the quote I was talking about was
"selfish egotistical lying hypocritical bigot", which is taken directly from the movie "9 to 5" (if you haven't seen it, I recommend it. It's freakin awesome).

P'rhaps you could un-confuzzle 'em by having Nav make a passing comment about watching Star Wars. I mean, you could add his line in about Han Solo, and the kids could ask him how he knew about him. Wouldn't be hard. But that requires editing an installment you already posted (unless you find a place later on in the story to throw it in), so I guess it's up to you if that's worth it or not. *shrugs*

It's official, I'm a fan of this fanfic! Can't wait for the next installment! >.< Anyways, great work! I love how you made your plotline so much deeper than your typical JN episode, yet stayed true to the core personalities of each character. It seems well researched and carefully executed, and I can picture it in my mind as if it were an official Nick/DNA spin-off sequel! Heck, they SHOULD make a movie based on your idea!
