It's been a good while since I last used GIMP, so I was a tad confused which colors looked better as skin tones. haha If you have any other drawings like that one that are just outlines, I'd be happy to color them and give you a taste of how I see them in color. Just not the ones that might seem too graphic to me, 'kay?

Chapter: Homecoming

“Shiiiiii-ANNHHHH-dohnk!” Lee called down cheerfully. “It is very good to see you!”
GIO: That's what April says during sex. “Shiiiiii-ANNHHHH-dohnk!”

LEE: I am what your friend Aurora there would call a 'history geek'. I could talk about it all day, every day!
GIO: But by night, he flies through the air with a rope and a pedophile symbol.

Waving goodbye to their Gorlock hosts, Lee and the humans took their leave of the encampment and headed out toward the grassy plain leading to the capitol building.
GIO: As General Nor headed into Bilka's cabin for some unfinished business...

Chapter: The Council

They passed under a portcullis, its metal prongs hanging down from the mouth of the door like crooked fangs...
GIO: Crooked WANGS???
MARA: Fangs, Gio, fangs!

April occupied the seat to Aurora’s left, and a hooded figure loomed beside her. The fabric enshrouding the creature was brown, ragged, and pockmarked with holes, and a mustard-yellow haze seemed to cling to him.
GIO: Friar Tuck!!

Nav's blonde hair stuck up almost straight, except for a few loose strands that dangled over his forehead, partially obscuring two smiling gray eyes.
GIO: And they all realized he was Hitler in disguise.

The creature in question was as tiny as a sprite and had two yellow eyes set in a cherubic face. Its pink skin glistened with some sort of liquid coating...
GIO: Tinkerbell!!

“Shut yo mouth, foo!” growled Tee. “We got more important stuff to talk ‘bout!”
GIO: MR. TEE IS THERE?? Is Michael Jackson a part of the council too?

Pinxit joined in the conversation. It spoke in a cold hiss, drawing out each word into a breathless whisper. “Yess, ssooner iss betterrr. Thisss planettt doess not ssuit me. We mustt killll himmmm…”
GIO: Then he crawled up Goobot's ass.

Lady Jaya impatiently beckoned Aurora to proceed. “Make it quick, human.”
GIO: Human? That human will stick her hand up your ass and make you talk like a f*cking puppet!


Chapter: Tears of Rain

AURORA: We never got to go to our high school prom…you know? I remember how I used to imagine what my dress would look like — I could picture myself on the dance floor, spinning, twirling, laughing...
GIO: ...getting drunk in the bathroom...

There was a tremendous silence, and Aurora lifted one hand and gingerly wiped a drop of rain from her cheek.
GIO: (singing) I can see clearly now, the rain is gone...

AURORA: Libby, I’m terrified of what might happen — I’m afraid of what I might lose tomorrow.”
GIO: Like my virginity.
