That's all some pretty disturbing shit, but they managed to make it out (mostly) psychologically unscathed. Besides, I'd like to remind you that in TOSOT, the kids don't KNOW how bad Aurora and DJ are. They don't know about Aurora's past; to them, she's more-or-less the good guy. And while they know that DJ is a world-vaporizing @$$hole, they didn't actually SEE any of it. There's a big difference between hearing about someone's bad deeds and actually witnessing them.
If anything, the most traumatizing thing they faced firsthand was the emotion rooms, and that can be chalked up to evil technology. All in all, they were (comparatively) sheltered during the whole experience.

Ah yes, right into my hands, hehe You see Now I almost know for sure how it ends, lol. These are also the same kids who saw their parents get kidnapped by sacrifice-happy aliens, got turned into freakish mutated monsters on Halloween, got stranded on a deserted isle/in the middle of the ocean, and saw mummies come back to life in an ancient Egyptian tomb.

Joking aside, thats a very good point, I suppose it could work.
I would not mind you showing them the evil side of Aurora a little more though, she needs to kill in cold blood for him to make me really happy, make it someone close too, maybe April.

Why would she kill April now? April's not posing a threat. It is in Aurora's best interests to have all of this wrap up neatly, without any more bloodshed or drama. Also, keep in mind that what Aurora did in her past, she did as a member of the MILITARY, fighting in a WAR against a really bad dude. When you're a soldier in a war, you execute enemy operatives. That's just the way war is. The fact that Aurora feels remorse about this shows that she's NOT evil, just walking the line in terms of her ends-justifying-the-means. I mean, not to say that April is evil either, but April feels nothing at all for the enemies she killed in battle. So, yeah. Aurora's speech to the newly cured DJ about herself being a morally bankrupt killer was more of a personal confession than a straight-up vision of the truth. She was doing a sort of reverse version of the typical villain-to-hero "we're not so different, you and I" speech. She wanted to assuage his guilt by airing her own dirty laundry, if you'll pardon that turn of phrase.
I think the kids (minus Jimmy) saw Aurora's darker side back on the base, when she told April that she'd "kill anyone who got in her way". Not that she really WOULD kill April, maybe just shoot her in the leg or something, but she just said that to show she meant business. Anyway, I have no idea why I'm even going into this in any depth. You'll find out what happens when I post the next couple of chapters

Oh, I bet I'll love your ending and it will def. be awesome, that is... as long as it's not the same type of ending as On The Run...(shiver, particularly hated that one, loved the plot, not the end. lolWhy would she kill April now? You never read it?
I write JN fanfiction, I don't really read it. I've only read a grand total of like 3 fanfics, and a few oneshots. The only other "big" fic I ever read was Tomb of Doom by msrandom, and that was back like 6 years ago.

Hey that was a good one too...Yeah On the run was a great J/C fic with a horrific ending, we waited 2 years for an ending that was really disappointing.I write JN fanfiction, I don't really read it. I'm sure you won't be doing that to J/C or A/DJ, it's a cheap way out, I would like to see DJ/A kinda resolve their pains and such and really show their feelings.

That was one fic I just could NOT stand...There was one fic ending that I particularly hated, and it was written by someone with the username "xredguy2" on nick.com. I forget the name of the fic, but I will NEVER forget how it ended... *shudder* It had Jimmy crawling up some hill beaten and kinda bloody while he witnessed the reunion of a mother bear and her cub. He's a good guy; he doesn't deserve an ending like that... When I asked him if he was gonna continue it and make the situation better, he said he wasn't going to and that was the end of it...
I swear, I almost BAWLED, it made me so sad!!

BTW, Tomb of Doom, just reread it on here, great job, I felt that Jimmy and Cindy were very good, I liked how jimmy explained his emotions, plus the jokes were great, Ah, Carl and his Judicial Courts.
