Okay, this wins for fan-made videos. It's ACTUALLY fan-made. As in, it's animated by a fan of the show. It's NOT clips from the show. The song is also not from the show. It's written and sung by fans of the show. This is fan-made entirely, but it looks like something straight out of the show.

Now, MLP fans have made a lot of animated clips on their own that look close to show quality. But this is the first that I've actually had to do a double-take for and make sure I wasn't watching some song out of Season 3. Holy cow.

 

Now, if only they'd do something like that for JN...

I've only watched the first episode of Puella Magi Madoka Magica, but this music video is friggin' bizarre and awesome. Gotta be one of the strangest, yet best edited, fanvids I've seen.
