I don't think it's sad, I think it's awesome. What's sad is the lack of normal relationships in Homestuck, bc they are preeetty few in number. Let's see, there's...Rosemary, and...Slickpaint? And DirkJake and Daverezi, for a short period of time? Oh, and let's not forget Dad Egbert and Mom Lalonde. And we all know how that ended.

Emily oh poor innocent oblivious Emily something tragic happens in the Homestuck fandom every WEEK

 

We are the most emotionally turbulent fandom I have ever come across. I have never experienced a work of fiction in which ships are sunk and characters die with such consistency and regularity. Just last month we had a main character die and brought back to life within a few panels, and then a major hiatus announced.

 

I am four hundred and twenty million percent done because something ridiculous happened, however. Not because something tragic happened. Hussie used a callback joke in a very unexpected way and it was wonderful and wow I just really love Homestuck but jusT WOW REALLY

What do you think John moving the witness actually accomplished? I got nothing for that. Also, I don't think John not having his wallet to give to vriska was a problem. I recall that Aradia was the last to have it and at that time she is chilling over by the furthest ring. John mentioning he wallet to past Terezi would enable her to know to ask Aradia for it. Vriska needs it to capchtalogue post-scratch Earth because now Grimbark Jade can't do it. I also liked that they killed off the retconed John and Roxy so the new ones can take their place.

People have speculated that bc he moved the witness, Terezi never left her glasses for Gamzee to find, which means Karkat never got freaked out by Gamzee using Terezi's glasses. Which means that it's possible that Equius is still alive? Obviously Nepeta is still dead. It was also pointed out to me that because Terezi was surprised into noticing Gamzee in the Secret Room, she never scratched Disc 2 of Homestuck, which means we never visit Doc Scratch to have it fixed, which changes a whole slew of things. The most obvious thing so far, of course, is Vriska, but I think other changes will come to light as the comic continues in A6A6A5.

Even if Gamzee never had Terezi's glasses to contact Karkat with. Karkat was already freaking out from when Gamzee had contacted him earlier, so he would still call Equius to kill Gamzee after dropping Sollux down the stairs. Equius is still dead. There is a theory is that Caliborn turns ARquius sprite into the cue ball that becomes Doc Scratch and for that you need Wquius to die. Also, if Equius wasn't with the meteor crew, that means he is dead.
All Doc Scratch did when we visited him to have he disk fixed was tell a story to us. That fact that he didn't et to tell us doesn't mean it didn't happen.

I'm sure we are all preparing for John's birthday. Keeping grasp of all the pumpkins that exist and watching them diligently. Practicing our Nichlos Cage impersonations. Wearing the silliest of disguises. And finally wondering where those pumpkins went. (And enduring countless horse jokes)

So who hear reads Paradox Space regularly? I am absolutely hooked on it and pretty much wait for 8 o'clock every night for the new page to get posted. (They're posted at midnight EST, which is 8pm Alaska time)

 

My favorite comic so far has been The Inaugural Death of Mister Seven, and anything involving Maryams. :3

I read it. My favourite comic was Lalondian Tourism. Or really any of the comics covering the happenings on the meteor.

The new comic looks promising, but it is the longest by far.
