I dunno. I've read some J/B extremists write that Cindy's an overly abusive cruel sadist, when really she's most likely your average 11 year old girl with a crush on a guy for the first time who's just a little bit different from the norm and has a hard time handling that, not to mention may or may not have a not so happy home.

Maybe you just don't remember them. There have been a few on here. No one who's attacked outright, but some people have said similar things. Honestly, from what I know of child development, she's acting like any normal 11 year old and it kind of irritates me when people say she's cruel and abusive.

People claiming that Cindy is cruel and abusive is just as silly to me as people claiming Betty is a secret b*tch or Nick is a wife beater. It's just trying to make the other side "look bad" so the choice for the couple becomes "obvious" cuz you don't want the couple to consist of a character and a horrid person.

I don't mind Betty - I don't know a lot about her, but from what I've seen she's nice, and I'd be fine with Jimmy ending up with someone nice. I don't ship it, but I'm fine with the ship existing if people really like Betty and want to see her with Jimmy. However, I would NEVER ship something just because I don't like the other option. If I hated Cindy (which I don't), and I was only "meh" about Betty (which I am), I just wouldn't pair Jimmy up with anyone. He's 11 for cryin' out loud, lol. He doesn't need to have a girlfriend.

Good point, Katie. Maybe that's why Nick never made J/C completely ironed out and solid. Gives the audience a little room to speculate, you know?

I'm guilty of being mean to Betty and Nick. I admit it. *Looks guilty *

But, it would be interesting to see what Betty thinks of Jimmy behind the flirting. I just watched Vanishing Act the other day and honestly, I think she really DID like him, but I think his friends kind of annoyed her. (Particularly Sheen)

I think, in conclusion, what I'm trying to say is the only pairing that I really don't see mush hope for is April/ Jimmy. At least in my mind.
