People have their opinions, Katie

Lol, no, I wasn't trying to be upset or anything. I just find it interesting and rather funny. Most the movies you guys are talking about, I have no clue if I like them or not because I've never seen them and can't pass judgment. There are a few though, that are some of my favorite movies. That's why I didn't list which were which, specifically so that I didn't offend anyone/become controversial. ;) Also, I'm certain I dislike some movies that other people in the world adore.

Other movies I don't like:

Sin City. Totally not "artistic", in my opinion. Just an excuse for lots of gore and hot chicks under the guise of being artsy.

Dumb and Dumber. Definitely not funny. I didn't laugh once, and am still trying to figure out how that became such a hit movie.

My Best Friend's Wedding. Can't stand this movie. Just...the entire premise. Ugh. So annoying.

LOL oh god no. I can't watch anything REMOTELY scary. So I've never seen Saw (and never ever ever ever will). Can't really pass judgment on it, though, since I've never seen it. Maybe it is good, maybe bad. No idea. Won't ever find out, haha.

I thought a prequel was one that came before, not after.

It is a sequel/prequel (the 1st one was released in 1995, the sequel/prequel in 2003), it sucked in the box office.

Manos, Hands of Fate.

Literally the worst movie ever.

Except the Bratz Movie. I'd rather die than see that.

I think we're forgetting a certain series that I personally consider a travesty of justice.

The Land Before Time!!!!!!!

The first one was great, but then they had to go and ruin it by creating sequel after sequel after sequel after sequel after sequel after sequel after sequel after sequel after sequel after sequel after sequel.

AMEN TO THAT

The original movie was a beloved childhood staple. I watched to so often the tape nearly wore out.

But then randomly ten years later, they decide to make sequels? With SINGING?!

This is not a Saturday morning cartoon! This is a classic film that is being undermined by cheaply made copies that somehow got to bear its name!

Oh yeah, I know! That film's got more sequels than the Rocky movies! Who can keep track? And what up with making it a series? I heard that was coming years ago, but never saw it. *sighs*

Let's see....Open Water, any film Uwe Boll was involved in (do not bother with BloodRayne. You will spend the whole movie banging your head against something). I don't like Spiderman. Not the movies, anyways (I eat up most of the series and the comics, though...LOVING the new Spectacular Spiderman adaptation)....sorry, I know they were very popular, but I felt like I was watching a chick flick instead of a super hero movie. That bugged me.
