My little sister loved the Junie B. Jones books, but not so much books that I read or remember when I was little. I ABSOLUTELY loved the book Ella Enchanted. It's that one book that I could read over and over again and still seem just like the first reading. I found it online the other day for $5, free shipping and bought it was read it and still love it.
I also loved Where the Wild Things Are and the BoxCar Children and Lyle the Crocodile haha.

I've never heard of Junie B Jones. Maybe it was after my time? (*goes to google*) Ah, yes. I was older when those premiered.
My favorite books as a kid...hrm...
Well, I think I have to do this as "my favorite books before I turned 9 and began only reading Star Wars novels".
So let's see.
Howliday Inn (and other Bunnicula books, but especially that one)
A Wrinkle in Time
Aliens Ate My Homework
The Adventures of Tom Sawyer
Robinson Crusoe
Black Beauty
The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
Also, an obscene amount of Nancy Drew, Boxcar Children, and Babysitter's Club books
That's good for starters. But then I turned 9 and stopped reading most things other than Star Wars, hah.

Heck, nowadays, I love Star Wars, but, ironically, I've only seen the movies, not read the books. looooool

Oh, I too read those books from the Babysitter's Club... I hardly remember them though lol. It's so sad.
