I leap out, swinging the butt of the pistol into the 'king''s nose. I grab the boy, shoving him into the sphere of light and holding the pistols out towards Snazzo.
"I think you should explain yourself."

"Every true villain has a reason for what they do." I yelled. "What's yours, Timothy?"

Snazzo pinches his nose as it has started bleeding. With his hostage taken away, he looks around at the assembled Neutron Knights with the air of a cornered animal.

"Um..." he murmurs. Suddenly, he bolts down the passageway through the open dungeon door, screaming like a little girl.

I chase him.
"YOU UGLY SON OF A MOTHER!" I shout, firing a few shots by his feet.

I followed Isaac, arrows at hand. Snazzo wouldn't fall for distracting now, so I would just throw my projectiles.

Snazzo throws a grenade behind his back as he runs up a flight of stone steps

"YOU"RE GOING TOO!" I shout, picking up the pace at top speed.

Shit shit shit- I didn't know whether to think Isaac picking up the grenade was a good or bad move. We were in too deep now...

From somewhere at the rear of the party, a bolt of gold sliced through the air and ended its journey when it hit the grenade, which seemed to... absorb it. There didn't seem to be any other visible effect; no explosions, no physical changes, nothing.

But, as a matter of fact, the no explosions bit was the point--Edward had frozen the weapon in Time until Isaac decided to chuck it!

"Nice one, Ed!" I yelled. There was no escape for Tim now.
