Wow, did you go to the Fourth of July celebration on the Lake Champlain Waterfront? Cause I was there. That would be SO cool...we could have seen each other and never even known it! (you know, cause it was dark and there were like a bajillion people there). Ya, the weather has been undeniably MISERABLE so far this summer. Major bummer.

Haha, to tell you the truth Gwen...I could barely get through the first half of Artemis Fowl. I only did it for my friend Emma. But after that, I became so outrageously addicted to the series that now even SHE can't compare obsession-wise, and that's saying something.

Haha, Krista. You are so cool. You're now my new hero...the Opal Deception is my FAVE. I stayed up all night reading it. So much goodness all rolled into one book. **scurries over to sheer randomness to see if you found my topic there**

Ooooh my goodness, I'm so upset, my internet has been down AGAIN and my computer is being stupid, so I haven't been able to do anything on my computer. Including coming on here. I'm stealing my sister's computer while she's out, risking death. If she finds me on here, it won't be good... But I had to come on, juuust once.

KRISTA, sounds like Disney World was awesooooooooome! I serioulsy love it there. Epcot is great. I love the white globey thingy ride, that I always forget the name of, and Stunt Track is also awesome I have to agree with you. But MGM Studios is my favourite. Number one, 'cause of the Rock and Roll ride, that ride was SICK. AND (I can't believe you didn't go on this one) Tower of Terror. That ride OWNS ALL RIDES. Ohmygosh it's so much fun. It STILL scares me, and I love it. Next time Krista, I challenge you to go on it.

But how long did you have to drive anyway? It SOUNDED like it sucked, haha. Especially 'cause it was on a bus. Want to hear MY bus story? I took an all nighter bus for 10 hours with the flu. Yeah. That rocked. --shudder-- It wasn't even the length of the trip, it was just the fact that I was sick. Length doesn't bother me, my cottage is 8 hours away driving.

SPEAKING OF THAT, I'm going to my cottage tomorrow and I'll be gone until the 15th. So I'll miss you guys and I'll talk to you all when I come back! < 33

:blink: But I did ride Tower of Terror. Twice, in fact! It was my FRIEND, April, that didn't want to go on it. When we were in line for Rockin' Roller Coaster I was like "LET'S GO ON THAT NEXT, K?"

The drive to and fro was HORRIFIC. A bunch teenage boys and girls and whaddya get? Chaos. They were making tents out of pillows and blankets towards the back. I could hardly get to the bathroom. ;-;

At least we watched Wayne's World on the way home. I heart that movie. WAYNE'S WORLD, WAYNE'S WORLD!

UPDATE 07/07/07 :o

-Thanks to the efforts of several IDOJ members, the site revamp is continuing into the month of July (although most of the results are still not visible because they haven't been uploaded yet). Aeharding is working wonders on the fanfiction section, which was BADLY in need of some work. It used to be the bane of my existence, but now it just might turn out to be my fave part of the site!

-I took a break from the fanart section to do some more stuff for TOSOT (I'm posting the paragraph format version of TOSOT here, I decided). You can go to the ff section to check it out if you so desire.

-Now that Cami is back SHE can work some more on the character bios (she did write Carl and Sheen's after all). So all in all, things are looking good for the site. The only things we're still lacking are the episodes. Does ANYBODY have the whole series on their computer? Because I've uploaded almost all my eppies.

-Volume 4 ish KILLING me, slowly and painfully. No matter how many times I go back through and edit chapter 27, I can't get it 1/8th as good as it was before my computer crashed. It seems so disjointed and overly informational to me. I have NO idea how I got it to work so well before. GAH! I'm done the actual writing part (some if it is still in my notebook) but the editing is NOT going so well. :PCpwn:

-Some happy stuff. I saw Ratatouille last night. Kudos to Pixar for ALWAYS coming up with super awesome stuff.

-I have to go in for a job interview today. Lord help us! If I get the job I won't be coming on Mondays and Tuesdays. Still, I'll have extra cha-ching, so it'll be well worth it.

-Oh, and does anyone else thing it's MASSIVELY cool that today is 07/07/07? I find that to be beyond awesome. I can't wait for 7:07 tonight! LOL :lol:

It's just a temporary summer job so I can earn some money before college - anyway, I won't find out to like Monday or Tuesday, but the job is at one of those UPS-ish copy/fax shops, so I'll be working with a lot of computers and copy machines LOL.

that sounds pretty good. I wish I had time to have a job. I'm an idiot and am taking two AP classes next year, plus AP prep English, Pre-Cal, and I'm taking Psychology. So, busy on summer assignments, and family vacays. Plus, the Harry Potter movie, and the book. But the good news is: I got a little tan!!!! (that's a big thing for me)

-Good News! Several new episodes are now available in the episode download section! I added Love Potion 976/J, Monster Hunt, The Great Egg Heist, Granny Baby, Who Framed Jimmy Neutron, and Grumpy Young Men (Spanish Audio). Jimmy for President is coming up next, and I'm looking for someone who has the JTPH's.

-The fanfiction section is still in the process of being tweaked, but the pairings gallery is now up, and I'll be adding some new art to the other galleries ASAP.

-Thanks to everyone who's contributed so far!
