Hehe. Yay British!

My best friend likes to experiment with accents. She's tried out Irish, Russian, and a New Yorker accents. I'm no expert, but it sounds like she imitates them pretty well to me.

I met a girl from Texas once who spoke with an accent. I confess, since I'd never really heard many Southern accents in real life, I got a kick out of it. When she said "ya'll", I thought it was kinda funny. She told me she just walked up to people and said, "Hey, ya'll" and asked me what else you'd say. I said "Hey, you guys." :P

When I went to London, I had to try not to laugh when I heard British accents on the street. I mean, you hear them all the time in movies and TV, but that makes it seem all the more UNREAL when you hear them in real life.

I looove accents... ^_^

*shuts her mouth at last*

OMZG you guys torture me. Actually, I find the "aboot" thing pretty cute. As with the "eh" thing--I say it somewhat often, but when an actual Canadian says it too often (reference Cruise #5), I'm like... YES WE KNOW THE ALPHABET. BCD.

OMG, I have a friend (sort of) that does ANY accent. Like, there's a kid in our class that's Scottish (born there but has no accent whatsoever), and he often does this (PERFECT) Scottish accent just to slightly annoy him. He also does a perfect British accent, and, I think, southern.

I can do a bit of a British accent, but not too well. Like, I'll say something in a Britisha accent, and then by the end of that sentence i lost it. :/
I can do Scottish, and Southrn a bit. I lurv both. =D

BUT I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO HEAR A CANADIAN ACCENT. I only heard a bit of one in a episode of Storm Hawks, but it seemed a bit overdone, if ya know what I'm saying. ;)
A lot of EHHHHHs. XD

OH AND I CAN DO CHEERLEADER SPEAK. 8D

*shot for joining coversation*

Monty Python and the Holy Grail: "Of course I am French! Why else do you think I have zis OUTRAGEOUS accent?"

:P

I like doing British, but upper class British. I can't do Cockney.
-Like ending your sentences with wot, wot?
-Jolly good show!

I say, time for a spot of tea. (Snazzo spills tea on shirt.)
-EGAD! Speaking of a spot of tea! :P

I also like Russian.

XDD I LOVE doing a Cockney accent. Especially the T-glottalisation and whatnot. It's FUN. :D Although, an upper class accent, I can't do all that well. XD'

Ha. I had to do a Cockney accent for a skit once. In order to warm up to do the accent correctly, I'd say "Chocolate. I just wont a lil' bit o' chocolate" over and over. XD

It was fun.

Normally, though, I use my highly refined upper-class British accent. :P

Well every Language in the world have there accents, in Arabic we have like thousand, I spike with Lebanon accents, I can do Egypt accent too and for English I can do British (thanks to my 5 British instructors), and US Southern, but I have a friend who really know how to make the President Bush Texas accent in a funny way  (no bad feeling to the IDOJ Republican people ;) ), and I think I can do some lines in the American Italian (thanks to the Godfather movies).

I also can make the accent (or voice) of a creepy series killer, last summer someone I know was making a play about Jack the butcher and he wanted me to play Jack, but I didn't want to do it.

and I think it's really bad to have this ability .
