UPDATE :o [9/4/07]

Hey everyone!
Wow, only a few days have passed since I last came on, but already I feel a world away! So many new sights, new sounds, new smells, new people (haha see "sounds and smells" ;) ) I haven't started classes yet (I will tomorrow morning at 9 am :wacko:), but I have made some new friends (not many, but hey, I've only been here 2 days) and I just love my roommate. Someone asked me back on the Personal forum if her personality (in addition to her appearance) resembled F. Libby at all. Actually, she's a lot more like regular Libby. She loves music and fashion and socializing, and she always seems to have something going on. She certainly loves her cell phone (LOL, don't we all) but she's very polite and will be quiet if I want to sleep or w/e. Interestingly, her color/decoration choices also resemble the reds/browns/pinks that I tend to stick F. Libby with. She seems to lack the introspective, somewhat selfless quality that I gave F. Libby in TOSOT though.

-OK, enough blabbing about my roomate. Anyway, just wanted to let you all know that I'm doing well and I'll be coming back online as soon as I get my computer (it ships on the 7th, then it'll take a few more days to get here). When I return I'll have two new pictures for ya'll, and I will recommence writing TOSOT. I may split it into 2 parts like I did for volume 4...not sure yet. Any suggestions?

That's so cool that your roommate is like Libby! Did you or are you gonna tell about your obsession with JN? I thought it was kind of hard to tell my friends, but I had to if I wanted them to read my fanfic! So anyway...I think you should totally split Vol. 5, cause it will take too long to wait for it all! Even if it means putting up with more cliffhangers!

WOAHHEYMARA! It's nice to see you on, even if you posted this yesterday LOL. A quick UPDATE is always refreshing! 8D That's mucho amazing that your roommate is like Libby! Are you ever going to inform her on that little opinion? :P

Btw, if it makes the job of Volume 5 feel a little less stressful, maybe you could just post it in chapter-like segments. Possibly five segments for Volume 5. YEAH. WE SHOULD HAVE A THEME OF FIVE. *Superlame* Either that, or split the volume. Or any other wild idea that you may spur, Mara (hey, we may never know :blink: ).

Hi everyone!

-It's time for another "quick update"~
But before I do that, I want to tell everyone that I'm feeling kind of lonely and homesick, so please email me! I'm just dying to talk to all of you guys, but the library computers are supposed to be reserved for "educational purposes only" so it's hard to come on IDOJ (I can, however, freely check my e-mail).

-Ahem. Back to business. So far I'm taking a class on Egyptian Hieroglyphics (shyah, that's right) and a computer science course, which hopefully will help to expand my paltry knowledge of computer programming and web design, and ultimately give me the skills to make IDOJ WAY better than it could ever have been otherwise. All the course load is online and the professor says that students can share any of the stuff we learn, so if any of you are interested in learning more about computers, just let me know and I'll post the lessons here. After all, there's no reason why you shouldn't all take advantage of my $40,000 a year scholarship! ^_^

-TOSOT is on hold for now, but once I get my new computer I plan to release Vol 5 in 2 parts (or maybe more, as Krista suggested). We'll see how busy I am and how long it takes.
