Hi there!

Time for a couple more profiles:

Grandma Taters:

Grandma Taters made her first appearance in One of Us.

She broadcast her own television show, the Happy Show Show on channel 357, from the Retroville Rest Home for the Old and In the Way. The show was a ratings smash, and everyone in town but Jimmy fell in love with it. The Happy Show Show song sounds a little like the world famous “Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy Song” from Ren and Stimpy.

As it turns out, Grandma Taters was using her show to hypnotize everyone in Retroville, turning them into happy mindless zombies. Jimmy was unaffected, partly because he later saw the show in a reflection, but mostly we suspect because of his vast intellect.

Cindy was away at a Karate Competition, so she was unaffected too. When she arrived home Jimmy and Cindy teamed up to stop Grandma Taters. Grandma Taters, with the help of Sheen, Carl, Judy and Hugh, captured Jimmy and restrained him in a chair. She also threatened to knit Jimmy a hat. Then Cindy came in, smiling like a zombie. But Cindy wasn’t hypnotized, and though she did lose the Karate Competition, she single handily beat Carl, Sheen, and especially Grandma Taters. Cindy has never fought so well.

Jimmy disguised himself as Grandma Taters and unhypnotized everyone.

At the end of the episode a flying saucer came down to Retroville and Grandma Taters boarded it, revealing herself to be an alien. The other aliens aboard the ship looked exactly like Grandma Taters as well. Grandma Tater’s first name is Annie, she has a pet cat named Mister Fluffy, and her eyes can turn coal black. She vowed to be back.

Grandma Taters is one of Jimmy’s most formidable foes. In only a one week gig on earth, and only a fifteen minute episode, she came very close to conquering the world.

Grandma Taters reappeared in the League of Villains. King Goobot teamed her with Baby Eddie, much to Baby Eddie’s dismay; he called her an alien Martha Washington. Their task was to disable Goddard, which Grandma Taters did with an energy bolt shot out of her eyes. The only other thing Grandma Taters did in the League was take a little nappy.

Grandma Taters is voiced by Edie McClurg.

One more coming!
See ya next post.

Hi there!
-Time for another profile.
-My Hugh Profile, which isn't here (though I may move it here so it doesn't get lost) was big, but in many ways this is the biggest profile I ever did.

Betty Quinlan:

Betty Quinlan is a nice girl at Lindbergh Elementary School, and Jimmy Neutron’s first crush. The mere sight of the beautiful Betty will cause a dreamy look to come over Jimmy’s face, and he has often imagined them being together. Whether it was running romantically through a field of flowers, or using Vox to digitally put Jimmy and Betty’s heads on a picture of a bridge and groom.

Jimmy will often go to extremes to try to impress Betty. When Jimmy heard of Principal Willoughby’s school play “Macbeth in Space,” he first felt nothing but disdain, saying school plays were nothing but excuses for kids to go and make fools of themselves. But upon hearing that Betty was trying out for Lady Macbeth, and when Carl informed him there was a kissing scene between Macbeth and Lady Macbeth, Jimmy had to be in the play. Unfortunately he didn’t get a part, and worked stage crew. Nick Dean won the part of Macbeth. During rehearsals Nick and Betty were about to kiss, which was too much for Jimmy to bear, so he turned on his Neutronic Storminator and showered Nick with a sudden rainstorm. Cindy was wise to him, but Jimmy just said accidents will happen. This is unique in being one of the few times Jimmy has used his inventions for devious purposes. Later Nick broke his leg while skateboarding, again, so Jimmy was asked to be Macbeth. He didn’t get to kiss Betty, because a giant tornado sucked the school into outer space, but Betty did kiss Jimmy for saving everyone’s life.

When Betty asked Jimmy to watch the Happy Show Show, he was only too happy to give it a try. He hated it, but went so far as to give it a second chance when Betty asked Jimmy over to her house to watch it.

When Jimmy had a party, Betty came over and asked him to dance, much to Jimmy's amazement. This apparently made Cindy jealous. The dance, by the way, looked a little like the dance from Pulp Fiction. Betty is a good dancer.

The Betty Quinlan, Cindy Vortex, Jimmy Neutron love triangle came to a rather spirited end in an episode titled Vanishing Act. Ike was performing a card trick for Betty, while Jimmy scoffed. Until Betty said “I think magic is awesome!” “Me too!” Jimmy replied. “I’ve been doing it for years.”

So Jimmy sent away for the Great Spamdini magic kit, which turned out to leave much to be desired. So Jimmy gave it a Neutronic overhall.

Then Jimmy staged a magic show for everyone, especially for Betty. He even left a rose on a front row seat for her. Jimmy asked Betty to volunteer for a vanishing trick, calling her lovely, exquisite, enchanting, and intoxicating, and Betty was only too happy to comply.

Seeing Jimmy and Betty together made Cindy insanely jealous, so much that she performed her most malicious act of the entire series. She snuck across the stage and deliberately sabotaged the Vanishing Booth, which caused Betty to disappear, and Carl and Sheen and Cindy. In fact the entire Booth disappeared, leaving only a strange portal on the stage. Jimmy entered the portal to seek his friends, leaving Libby to entertain the increasingly restless audience.

After numerous bizarre adventures through numerous strange dimension, involving disembodied heads and wireframe renderings, rather like the Twilight Zone, Cindy and Betty really got into a huge fight over Jimmy.

“Okay I’ve had it Miss Hot Pants!” Cindy cried. “This is all your fault!”

“Excuse me, Miss Big Mouth!” Betty shouted back.

“You made Neutron go Ga-Ga over you and do a stupid magic show!” Cindy yelled.

“I’m not Ga-Ga!” Jimmy demanded. “Besides you caused my invention to overload.”

“Well you built the invention to impress your dream girl!” Cindy said.

“Time out!” Betty shouted and took Cindy aside. “Cindy, we need to have a little chat. Look, I know all about the whole you and Neutron thing.”

“Thing?!?” Cindy cried. “What thing?!? There is no thing. We don’t have a thing.”

Betty laughed. “Just relax and keep out of my face, he’s all yours.”

Cindy was happy with that.

Although Jimmy now prefers Cindy, Betty has made many cameos throughout the series. She was deleted by the nanobots, she swooned over Jimmy’s Cool Clone, and she sang in the chorus in Attack of the Twonkies. She still makes Cindy insanely jealous, for Jimmy still keeps pictures of Betty in his lab, and one gets the impression that if ever Cindy ever should decide not to pursue Jimmy, Betty would gladly go after him.

Betty may be older than Jimmy. She is never seen in Miss Fowl’s class, though she goes to Lindbergh. Perhaps she’s a grade older. She’s certainly taller than Jimmy, but who isn’t?

Betty Quinlan is voiced by Kath Soucie.

There it is. Hope you like it!
-What's so big about this is I know there's a ton of Betty fans out there, and I hope I did it justice.

Hey Snazz!

Good Betty Bio! I was going to do her, but I was waiting for Nekogirl to get hers back in.

What do you think, should I put my spin on Betty too?

Hi Darklord!

Yeah, I really wasn't sure if I should give Betty a try or not.
-Its called a Minor Characters Contest, but she's almost a Major Character.

I think I asked Nekogirl about her bio somewhere on the boards but I never heard from her. I remember you made her an offer, something like she should post her bio and you would post your fanfic. Something like that.

Sure, give your shot at Betty. I'd love to see it.
-Maybe Mara can combine the two.
-Or we can really go head to head in a fight to the death grudge match!
(Just kidding.)

I was kinda worried about quoting so much from Vanishing Act, but its a huge episode for Jimmy/Cindy fans and Jimmy/Betty fans.
-Cindy and Betty went crazy, I thought.

Bye for now!

P.S. - Still watching From the Earth to the Moon. Just finished Spider, about the LEM. That's my favorite episode of the bunch!
-Though the one about the Apollo One fire practically moves me to tears.
-Or did I say that already?

Betty Quinlin,

Betty Quinlin would be just like any other student at Lindbergh Elementary save for one thing, she is the apple of Jimmy’s eye. Because of this, she is constantly swooned over every time Jimmy sees her in the hall or in class. It seems that Jimmy will do anything to impress her, even things he wouldn’t normally do like audition for school plays or perform magic shows. Jimmy’s normal studious calculating behavior becomes clouded and distorted in the presence of Betty. His boyish heart is completely at the mercy of her feminine charms every time.

We first learn of Jimmy’s crush on Betty in the episode “Party at Neutron’s.” With Jimmy’s parents attending the “Ducks” musical, Sheen coaxes Jimmy to have a party at his house. At first Jimmy is reluctant to bring such rabble to his home, he signed a “No shenanigans” pact with his mother after all, but the prospects of a visiting Betty prove to swing his opinion to the latter and the festivities begin. The party soon gets out of hand and Jimmy is forced to act. He tries to end the party but he is stopped in his tracks with the arrival of Betty. Her gentle smile and alluring body language are more than Jimmy can resist and the party continues. Betty quickly grabs Jimmy for a dance and Goddard provides the appropriate twist music for the gig. They actually seem to enjoy their dance together and look good doing it too. A little too good for Cindy’s liking where she seems visibly envious of the two. This episode not only introduces Betty, but also Cindy’s open disapproval of Betty and Jimmy’s affection for her. For the first time we are given a looking glass view of the Cindy, Jimmy, Betty love triangle before it manifest into deeper feelings. Cindy vocalizes her disapproval seeing Jimmy and Betty having a good time….together. Sheen calls her bluff but backs off after the threat of harm from Cindy. Unfortunately the party does come to an abrupt end when Jimmy’s parents have to cut their outing short due to Hugh’s rampant enthusiasm at trying to become a “Ducks” cast member. With the “Ducks” set in shambles, the couple is returning home from certain social embarrassment. Jimmy is forced to use his time accelerating device to wrap things up quickly, but not before he gets a peck on the cheek from the lovely Betty.

Betty makes several appearances throughout various episodes as part of the crowd or actually interacting with the main characters, usually it’s a love struck Jimmy that makes her acquaintance. In “Out Darn Spotlight” Jimmy is openly disparaging about Principle Willoughby’s “McBeth in Space” play. That is, until Betty announces that she’s going to read for the lead female role of Lady McBeth. From the vary moment she walks through the door Jimmy in entranced and unable to focus on anything but her. Her graceful gate and soft sultry voice are further intoxicating fanning the flames of his boyish desire. Betty can hardly avoid noticing Jimmy’s swooning and directs her conversation to him. Jimmy ultimately attempts his hand at acting but ends up being the special effects tech for the play. Even then, Betty is an encouraging influence and is thrilled that Jimmy can participate in some capacity. Cindy seems more interested in advancing her acting career, but the love conflict heats up in later episodes.

The Jimmy, Cindy, Betty love triangle seems to be an unusual set of circumstances. In Jimmy’s eyes girls are still, for the most part, repulsive save for Betty of course. His sprouting interest in the opposite sex is unstoppable as he will soon be completely at the mercy of his own hormones, but for now his prepubescent swooning is directed solely at Betty. Betty herself is not at all dismayed with Jimmy’s open affection for her and often welcomes it. She seems smitten that the little genius boy has taken a shine to her and actually encourages him with a comely smile here, or a peck on the cheek there. It’s obvious to the audience that if Jimmy worked up the courage and asked Betty to something like a movie or a date at the Candy Bar, Betty would likely happily accept. Betty is always portrayed as kind and fun loving in her various appearances. A far cry from the more brash and audacious Cindy who seems to be continuously at odds with Jimmy with just about everything. Where Cindy always seems to be making disparaging remarks about Jimmy, Betty is always encouraging and enthusiastic for him. A subtle wink from Betty could convince Jimmy to do just about anything. While both Betty and Cindy are attractive young ladies, Betty carries herself with a more feminine air. She seems to have an inner glow about her that comes out in the way she walks and talks. Her voice is far more melodic and sultry, where Cindy’s voice at times has all the subtlety of a gas main explosion. Betty’s gentle demeanor and twinkling manner are far more alluring than Cindy’s brash “in your face” approach, and therefore far more intriguing for Jimmy. This of course, puts Cindy at odds with Betty too. It would seem that both characters adore Jimmy but are taking different approaches to winning his heart. Betty is using her feminine charms to lure him in while Cindy is taking the “keeping him engaged in turmoil” strategy. Both can work, but Cindy appears to be making up for lost ground with Jimmy resulting from their earlier spats.

The love triangle becomes more intense in the episodes “One of Us” and “Vanishing Act.” In “One of Us” Betty is reduced to a mindless zombie with most of the other characters on the show. As we soon see, even as a mindless zombie Betty is beautiful and completely adorable to Jimmy and he is easily coaxed to watch the hypnotic show at her house. Jimmy soon discovers the show’s sinister plot and runs screaming from Betty’s house only to eventually run into Cindy. The two end up barely escaping from the zombie mob as Jimmy explains the grave happenings in Retroville. Cindy is naturally concerned but is more concerned with Jimmy’s visit to Betty’s house. All other events are completely secondary as she prods Jimmy for more info about his time with Betty. Even after the sorted ordeal with Grandma Taters ends with a close encounter of the geriatric kind, she immediately starts in on him again about his visit to Betty. Cindy is trying, in as subtle a way she can manage, to let Jimmy know that this crush on Betty is really bothering her. Jimmy’s lack of experience with the opposite sex proves to be an obvious liability and he completely misses the point.

In “Vanishing Act” we see a more direct assault on the part of Cindy to defuse Jimmy’s attraction for Betty. Jimmy’s impromptu Magic Show is conceived solely for the benefit of Betty’s love of magic, which aggravates Cindy to no end. Though other students are in attendance Jimmy singles out Betty as the focus of his efforts and invites her on stage as a volunteer. Cindy is now blind with jealousy and sabotages the show forcing the whole stage crew into a strange dimensional gate. What transpires in the dimensional gate is something that has opened up controversy between Cindy and Betty fans alike. The brief conversation that has Betty saying “Just relax and stay out of my face, he’s all yours” to a combative Cindy speak loudly that Betty doesn’t fancy Jimmy at all. But I don’t have such qualms. It seems obvious to everyone at school that Cindy wants Jimmy for herself. Being no idiot, Betty is all too happy to let Cindy have her shot but wouldn’t mind taking hers should Cindy manage to screw it up. The growing romantic tension between Jimmy and Cindy is apparently obvious to everyone except themselves.

The love triangle finally comes to a head in the episode “League of Villains.” Betty herself doesn’t actually make an appearance in this episode she only appears as a vast array of pictures in Jimmy’s lab. Cindy’s open disapproval at finding the pictures shows that she now has much more at stake and must win Jimmy over to her side of the love triangle. Cindy is now, more than ever, determined to do so. Her unabashed enthusiasm at wanting to rescue Jimmy shows that she wants to do good in his eyes and win him over. We are all amazed seeing Cindy’s face light up with Joy at seeing Jimmy safe and unharmed on the Martian surface. Her heart felt attempt to tell Jimmy how she feels is endearing even though she falls short of the mark. Her efforts are more than enough however, as Jimmy is able to fill in the blanks and rewards her candor with a peck on the cheek. Cindy is convinced that she is Jimmy’s favorite but urgent business needs to be taken care of. By demanding that he throw away his Betty pics she finally hammers home her frustration with his Betty infatuation, and reminds him again that she wants to be No. 1 in his heart. It’s obvious that Cindy will not be denied.

Perhaps some feel duped that Jimmy didn’t end up with Betty, but it seems that things were meant to happen between Jimmy and Cindy from the start. Season one shows an occasional spark here or there but mostly appears to be a prepubescent need to be noticed at all cost. By the end of season two the only thing certain about Jimmy and Cindy’s romance is its inevitability. Though Betty is a welcome distraction for Jimmy’s boyish heart, Cindy had things wrapped up before he realized it. Season three finally galvanizes the romantic energy that exists between the two. There is no turning back from this. Cindy has finally sealed the deal. Sorry Betty!

Betty Quinlin is voiced by Kath Soucie.

With my regards to Nekogirl, I hope you like this one…

Hi there!

Great job, Darklord, as always.
-I didn't even think to mention League of Villains, I stopped at Vanishing Act.
-One thing really stood out in my mind - comparing Cindy's voice to a gas main explosion. Poor Cindy! Hee-hee.

Got any other profile plans, Darklord?

I've only got two in the works. A little one about Twonkies, which I've mentioned numerous times but never got my lazy butt to post it.
-And one about the Villain Whose Name Isn't Shirley.
-Maybe Mister Estevez and El Magnifico, but haven't even started that one.

You know who I'd really like to see is Judy Neutron, but I don't have a grasp on her yet.
-She's a loving mom. A bit obsessed with keeping a neat house. I think Jimmy says she's a card carrying member of the Retroville Anti-Litter League. She's mechanically inclined, be it plumbing or a car's transmission. She's in charge of the household finances, though Hugh has the job. (Its never clear if Judy works or not. When Jimmy is sick, Judy asks if he'll be okay home alone. Is she working?) In any event, cooking and cleaning seem to be such a full time and underappreciated job that Judy goes to a Spa, and Jimmy builds the Maternatron.

Hm, that's almost a profile there. But much more needs to be said about Judy.

I wonder if NekoGirl will come by? I would like to see what she had to say about Betty.

At the risk of boring you, speaking of Judy, here's my old Hugh profile.
-I was a Newbie when I first posted it. Now I'm not even sure where it went, it might have been deleted by now, but I'm hoping Mara might use it.
-Just so it doesn't disappear into oblivion, I thought I'd stick it in here.
-Hope you folks don't mind!

Hugh Beaumont Neutron:

Hugh Beaumont Neutron is Jimmy Neutron’s father.

Hugh works as a car salesman at Mallard Motors in Retroville. For a brief time, when Mallard Motors threatened to move to Dairyville, Hugh worked for a toy company where he invented Baby Quackers and the Malibu Death Machine. Hugh is a capable caribou hunter. He was donut boy on Quentin Smithee’s production of Jimmy Neutron’s film. Hugh is also the creator of the little known Christmas holiday replacement Pule.

His hobbies include pie, ducks, golf, whittling, lawn care, and cleaning up after Goddard. Pie and ducks are more than hobbies however, they’re passions. Hugh has an extensive duck decoy collection and several pie eating trophies, each one with a disgusting story behind it.

Hugh’s favorite musical is “Ducks, the Musical.” Hugh’s favorite soap opera was General Postoffice, before it was canceled, and before he discovered Andromeda 90210 on the Galactic Cable Network. Hugh’s favorite color is magenta.

Hugh has a lucky rabbit’s foot, a lucky driftwood monkey, and a lucky turban.

In his youth Hugh was a Hall Monitor, was elected Towel Boy in Junior High, was president of the Brainteaser Club in High School, and was banned from the school science fair for burping the Periodic Table of Elements. He was an Acorn Lad, though perhaps not a very good one, and he played baseball, though he wasn’t very good at that either. He also has a scar that looks like President Grover Cleveland, in his second term, from being trampled upon back in school after losing a race. At age seven Hugh sat on a banana, which changed his whole life, and somehow started his love affair with pie.

Hugh was grounded a whole week and almost missed his best friend’s bachelor party but snuck out for it.

Hugh has had two dummies named Flippy. One was used to launch a rocket bearing a Twonkie, the other was chopped into kindling after trying to steal Hugh’s brain.

The Nanobots claim that Hugh is a vegetarian but we know he likes tacos from Taco Shack so they may be mistaken.

Sadly Hugh has had his head caught in the trash compactor at least nineteen times.

Hugh seems very at ease in his underwear, as seen in When Pants Attack and The Mighty Wheezers.

Hugh calls Jimmy “Jimbo” often. And he seldom refers to his wife as Judy, preferring pet names, especially “Sugar Booger.” Hugh referred to his honeymoon as his first sleepover, noting the games, the practical jokes, and the crying for his mommy. Hugh also fainted on his wedding night, so it must have been an interesting night. Hugh and Judy went on a second honeymoon but that was unfortunately wiped from their minds, along with the entire fifth year of their marriage, by Jimmy’s Forgeto-Blaster. Hugh and Judy’s third honeymoon at the Wild Animal Kingdom resort was cut short when Hugh accidentally disturbed an eagle’s nest.

Hugh once had a chance to invest in McSpanky’s Burger Factory but used the $50 to buy Judy’s wedding ring instead.

Both of Hugh’s parents are still alive. Granny Neutron has made two appearances. And Grandpa Neutron was mentioned in Time is Money and Grumpy Young Men. Many of Hugh’s relatives were also revealed in Clash of the Cousins. Although Judy seems more intelligent, Jimmy seems to have inherited the genius gene from Hugh’s side of the family.

Jimmy loves his father very much, though he is sometimes embarrassed by him. He has altered his dad four times that we know of. Once for the Father’s Day Follies at school by turning Hugh into a super cool dad with the Neutronic De-dorkenator. Hugh was so cool he took a job at the Candy Bar performing and was offered his own show by Corky Shimatsu. Again for career day at school by installing a funny chip into Flippy the Dummy. Again by going back in time in order to make Hugh rich. And again for the Parent-Child Picnic Games by turning Hugh into Maximum Hugh with a Corrective Electromagnetic Cranial Sweatband. (At a previous picnic Jimmy and Hugh won a medal for Funniest Collision.)

Hugh’s worst moment might have been when he accidentally sent the entire city of Retroville back in time 75 million years by fiddling with Jimmy’s Gravitronic Wormhole Generator. Hugh was also carried home by an angry mob, possibly not for the first time, after abusing Jimmy’s Quantum Replay 9000, which Hugh liked better than pie. Hugh’s finest moment however might have been when he saved the entire earth on Intergalactic Showdown by answering a trivia question about the popular soap opera Andromeda 90210.

Hugh is voiced by Mark DeCarlo.

And that's it for today.

Aw, thanks Sunny! :bff:

Here's another old one:

Bolbi Stroganovsky:

Bolbi Stroganovsky is a foreign exchange student from Backharistan. Shortly after coming to Lindbergh Elementary School he won the position of Class President in the general elections. Sheen, Libby, and Jimmy, who were also candidates, were disqualified for blackmail, bribery, and murder respectively. (Okay, not murder - operating a zeppelin on school property.) Bolbi’s platform was daily slap dances.

Bolbi has a sister named Ignishka Stroganovski. He has a pet goat named Yuri that can play music with flutes inserted into his nose. Bolbi is an excellent Shakespearean actor, at least in auditions, and played the part of Rangoon the Space Pirate in Principal Willoughby’s Macbeth in Space. He did such a good job that Principal Willoughby promised him the lead in the next production, Hamlet on Ice. Bolbi is a fan of the Donkey Boys, the famous Backharistan rock band, and of Super Kabobi, the most famous superhero of Backharistan. Super Kabobi is armed with a Skewer of Justice (a lamb kabob) and a Lint Brush of Doom. Bolbi was a contestant on Intergalactic Showdown but voted himself off the team and into the Cell of Indignity. Bolbi was identified as “Species Unknown” on Intergalactic Showdown and admitted he wasn’t wearing underpants, making one wonder how often he does wear underpants. Bolbi has also entered the Miss Retroville Beauty Pageant.

Bolbi is voiced by Phil LaMarr.

Bolbi is truly a strange individual.

There it is.
-Hugh and Bolbi were the first two profiles I ever did. I think I posted them under Characters, and I think they're gone now.
-I came and looked here, but only Darklord was here, and he hadn't posted in months, at the time.
-So anyway, now they're all here.

Hey Snazz,

Sorry I haven't visited the site lately, I've been so busy with school work and guitar. Great job on your Hugh and Bolbi bios. I sort of started a Judy bio but I'm still struggling with the whole June Clever comparison thing. Also, I need to save time to get my fanfic moving again.

Anyway, I think we have most of them nailed down. I still haven't gotten the nod from Nekogirl on my Betty bio yet. I'm wondering if she got to read it yet...

I tried to send you some of my LEM pics that I took while at the Smithsonian. I also got the Command module from Apollo 11 too.

DL.

P.S. Sheen's Brew ends up saving the day, Betty decides she wants her shot with Jimmy and Cindy finally makes her move...Too much fun!

Hi there!

Time for another profile.
-Alas, I am sad. Mara has yet to use any of my profiles. And I was reading in one topic Mara might even leave. The site will collapse without her!

Sadder still, this is just about the last profile I may do. The well has run dry.

But first, on a lighter note, some of you (like Darklord) may have noticed I love the HBO series From the Earth to the Moon.
-I just finished watching it today.
-It is phenomenal. Rent it, buy it, watch it.

But man, it bums me out. To think we stopped going back in the early 70s! Think what we could have accomplished if we kept going. Colonies, a resort, an amusement park, historical sites, mines, Luna Disneyland.

Oh, Darklord, your fanfic sounds cool.

Now the profile:

The Villain Whose Name Isn’t Shirley:

The Villain Whose Name Isn’t Shirley is the main villain in the very last Jimmy Neutron episode, Power Hour Number Three, the Jerkinators.

In Dimmsdale, Timmy Turner was feeling lonely because Chester was busy and A.J. was going into suspension to sleep into the future. So he decided to visit Cindy Vortex in Retroville. Jimmy couldn’t allow that. But it turned out Cindy wasn’t even there, her family was at a spa, so Timmy asked Jimmy if they want to hang out. Jimmy said sure, why not? Much to Sheen and Carl’s dismay.

While hanging in the Lab, Eustace Strych showed up in town with his Tripod. Jimmy rushed to confront him, and Timmy came along for the fun of it. Thanks to Jimmy’s brain and Timmy’s magic, Eustace was quickly and easily defeated.

So Timmy suggested they try some super villains in his Universe, the Crimson Chin’s villains. These too were easily defeated.

Timmy then suggested they design their very own villain, one who would be so dangerous and powerful as to be a real challenge to Timmy and Jimmy. “What could possibly go wrong?” Cosmo and Wanda asked of the idea.

Back in Jimmy’s Lab Timmy and Jimmy began to create the ultimate villain. Ignoring Carl and Sheen, who were bugging Libby, ignoring Chester and A.J., and even ignoring Cindy – the girl they once waged interdimensional war over.

The Super Villain was designed with aspects from the top ten video games. Per Timmy’s suggestion, the Villain received a tail and a mustache, because those are basically evil. The Villain was given sonic disruptors. Cosmo suggested they install a pizza machine in his chest. Wanda suggested they give the Villain real emotions, wants, and desires. Wanda, concerned that Timmy and Jimmy would just dispose of the Villain when they were bored with him, suggested he be adoptable, so he could find a new home. But Timmy typed adaptable. They equipped the Villain with a self destruct system too.

Timmy and Jimmy returned to Timmy’s treehouse where Jimmy hooked up Cosmo and Wanda to the computer. And with a press of a button, a Super Villain was born.

The Villain is a blue metallic looking muscle bound man with a red flame on top of his head. He has a deep voice and a diabolical laugh. There is a skull on his belt. The Villain can fly, he’s super strong, and he’s nigh invulnerable.

At first, this Super Villain didn’t quite grasp what it was to be a villain. He played “Gotcha nose” with Timmy. And kicked dirt onto Jimmy’s shoes, making them moderately more filthy. When Timmy and Jimmy literally smacked the Villain all about the globe with golf clubs, he seemed to enjoy it. So Timmy and Jimmy decided to give up on the Villain, and create a new one. They told the Villain to meet them at the Dimmsdale mall.

The Villain waited and waited and waited, thinking himself not just an Arch Enemy but an Arch Friend. Timmy and Jimmy, of course, stood him up. Heart broken, the Villain’s thoughts “adapted” and turned to rage and revenge. He showed up at the treehouse and quickly destroyed it. “Run, you idiots!” Wanda cried. Cosmo was overjoyed that there were more idiots about, not just him.

With the Fairly Oddparent’s help, Jimmy created an assault vehicle. The Villain adapted to it. And this is where the Villain got his name. “Give me a name!” the Villain cried. “So you can scream it in terror!”

“Okay!” Jimmy yelled desperately. “Your name is Shirley!”

At first the Villain liked that. “Its manly and threatening. Face the wrath of SHIRLEY!” the Villain declared.

Timmy couldn’t contain himself. “That is the dumbest name ever!” he laughed.

“What? You gave me the dumbest name ever?!?!” Shirley cried, and became angrier still.

Shirley destroyed the assault vehicle. Timmy wished for Supersuits. Shirley destroyed them, annoying Cindy and the gang in the process. (They were having a relaxing Timmy and Jimmy-free afternoon in the park. “Was he this big a jerk in our universe?” Sheen asked after Timmy and Jimmy fell upon him, giving the episode its name.) Timmy and Jimmy decided that Shirley was becoming a bit too challenging, and activated the Destructo-Chip. Shirley adapted and tore the self-destruct mechanism out of himself.

Shirley then captured Timmy and Jimmy. Using the Brain Drain 3000, he absorbed Jimmy’s intelligence. It should be noted that Jimmy didn’t go Loopy Dance stupid, but monster truck rally stupid. Shirley then ate Cosmo and Wanda’s magic wands, turning Timmy into an Average Kid That No One Understands, Cosmo and Wanda into humans, and himself into a giant. “Now I, the Villain Whose Name Isn’t Shirley, have become the ultimate combination of science and magic!” the Villain proclaimed, thus giving himself his own name.

Ditching The Villain Whose Name Isn’t Shirley at a spa, Timmy and Jimmy ran for their lives. They sought help from Cindy, Libby, Sheen, Carl, Chester and A.J., who all promptly turned their backs on them. “I’m not surprised,” Wanda said, “You weren’t very nice to them, you know.”

The Villain briefly went to Retroville, looking for Timmy and Jimmy. They weren’t there of course. Then the Villain sucked practically everyone out of Retroville into his own white dimension, which he called Retro-Dimmsdale-aville. Three dimensional Hugh and Judy were rendered flat with thick black outlines. “Hey look honey!” Hugh said. “I lost weight! And depth.”

The Villain decided that the entire populations of Retroville and Dimmsdale would be his playthings from now on. He used the citizens to clean his shoes, to play cards, and to play dominos. The Villain also began to zap away the schools, the statues, and the skyscrapers, adding them to his own dimension. The resulting holes in reality caused Retroville and Dimmsdale to begin to collapse into the void. (Trivia: A Dimmsdale water tower shown says the population of that town is 172,000.)

After apologizing 512 times, at least, the gang decided to forgive Timmy and Jimmy. It was Cindy who made up the plan to defeat the Villain. The Villain Whose Name Isn’t Shirley is big, with superpowers, and weapons. Cindy decided they would all have to trick the villain into adapting away all those advantages.

While playing basketball with A.J. and Sheen, the Villain kept hitting his head on the ceiling, so he adapted himself shorter. While visiting the I Hate Jimmy and Timmy Restaurant with Cindy and Libby, the Villain removed his weapons. Carl then lured the Villain outside, saying Timmy and Jimmy were being mean to him. But outside, Timmy and Jimmy showed up prematurely in a monster truck. The Villain was furious at this mass betrayal, and sucked up everyone into a giant twister. Everyone but Chester, who covered the Villain with a butterfly net, forcing him to adapt the wands away. Cosmo and Wanda became magic again, and then Timmy defeated the Villain with a wish.

An angry mob showed up, eager to kick the Villain now he was down. But Jimmy said it wasn’t the Villain’s fault, and Timmy said they were sorry. Timmy also wished the universes repair themselves. The Villain took up residence at his own pizza shop. And Jimmy eventually got his brains back.

It seems most people disliked Power Hour Three, and really didn’t like The Villain Whose Name Isn’t Shirley. Hardly any of the episode takes place in Retroville, most of it takes place in Dimmsdale and the Villain’s flat dimension. But I think he’s a very important character all the same. The main villain in the very last Jimmy Neutron, that’s got to be important. And I love all the cameos in the show.

The Villain Whose Name Isn’t Shirley is voiced by Jeff Garlin.

Mara may have to edit that some, if she uses it. In the end, where I said I love the cameos - profiles really shouldn't have "I" in them, but I couldn't help it. I DID love those cameos.
-And needless to say, The Villain Whose Name Isn't Shirley isn't even on the Character Profile page, so its more work for the overworked and underappreciated Mara. I hope you can use it Mara, I liked that Villain.
-Of course I did, that's why I wrote the profile!

Hiya Sunny!

I can't help it, I like that Villain.

Maybe you do too!
-I see you have another nifty banner, a Power Hour 3 Banner.
-How do you do it? :P

You're a good writer, Sunny, you should try a Profile!

Hi there!

Sunny, you "dun" really want to! With spelling like that, nevermind. :P
-No, just kidding, you're an excellent writer.

Hm, here's a weird little Character Profile that Mara will never use.

Santa Claus:
-Santa Claus is a right jolly old elf who wears red fur, has a white beard, a bundle of toys flung on his back, and delivers presents to all the good little boys and girls on Christmas Eve.

Jimmy Neutron didn't believe in Santa Claus, noting it was impossible for Santa to fit down the chimney, deliver to all the kids on earth on a single night, and survive the artic clime. When he voiced his opinion at school during show and tell, he hurt Carl's feelings, and ticked off Cindy and the class.

Even when presented with Santa's workshop at the North Pole, Jimmy still didn't believe in Santa Claus. Unfortunately for everyone Jimmy accidentally scrambled Santa's atoms, cancelling Christmas.

Jimmy decided to deliver the toys himself in his jingle bell powered rocket ship. With Sheen and Carl's help, and the hypercube, and Goddard as navigational beacon, Jimmy almost succeeded but forgot about Retroville. Thankfully the real Santa Claus showed up and saved the day. But of course. He's Santa Claus! He can do anything!

Santa Claus appears in only one episode, the Christmas special, Holly Jolly Jimmy. Two songs are featured in that episode. Miss Fowl and the class sing and dance to "Basking in the warmth of Christmas Day." (Britney gets a scoop of ice cream upside the head.) And Hugh and Judy sing a duet about Pule, a combination of Pie and Yule - a substitute holiday Hugh invented.

In this episode, Santa reveals that he has Brain Blasts like Jimmy. He also reveals Jimmy has been on Santa's naughty list for quite some time.

Trivia:
For Christmas Cindy and Libby receive lumps of coal, for their naughty behavoir during the episode.
Carl receives elf ears and becomes an honorary elf.
Sheen receives Peace on Earth and a Robofiend Orbiting Death Platform with Carnage Inducing Plasma Cannons.
Goddard receives some lug nuts to eat. (3/8", zinc plated. Goddard's favorite.)
Judy receives a 123-piece hexagonal carbon alloy ratchet set.
Hugh receives a goose decoy.
Jimmy receives a chunk of a dwarf star NG-738, which had to cool for five years. Why couldn't it have been a neutron star though?

Santa Claus is voiced by the legendary Mel Brooks.

I considered running down the whole episode, like The Villain Whose Name Isn't Shirley, but that's not a profile, that's an episode review.
-Besides, I dudn't want to. ^_^
-Not to be a scrooge, though.

Merry Christmas! And stay away from fried foods!

Hey Snazz,

Long time since I made a post here, I've been sooo busy that I've barely enough time to check my email. Hope you had a great Christmas and an even better New Year.

I liked your Santa profile. Though Santa isn't really a Jimmy Neutron Noir character per say, it was appropriate for the season.

I guess I should crank out some more character profiles after the first of the year. I'm falling behind on that. I really wanted to have all of them done by this time and with your help that seemed even more feasible. Ah well, we'll get it knocked out soon enough. Mara hasn't been able to update the profiles section with the stuff we've already completed so no worries.

Keep up the good work and be sure to send me your email address so I can send you the Apollo pics I took at the Smithsonian.

Until then!

Hiya Darklord!
-Great to see you again. I was wondering if you were coming back.

Yeah, the Santa one is silly, but I was feeling merry.
-Mara probably won't use it. But it does have some nice trivia in it.

I had an excellent Christmas, hope you did too!

I dunno, we may be about done with these profiles.
-Now if we can only get Mara to use them!

Hi there!

Time for another Character Profile.

Mara:

Mara is our fearless leader.

Dedicated, hard working, beautiful, and extremely talented, Mara toils endlessly to make IDOJ a fantastic and fun place.

She's also good at keeping things civil when emotions run high.

Mara's masterpiece is an illustrated story that's still in the works called The Other Side of Tomorrow. Check it out!

Mara is voiced by Mara.

The end.
