I can't believe this topic is still going. :lol: A simple kiss, even on the lips, does not equal "make out". Making out involves hands and tongues and stuff like that. The LSTN kiss was NOT, repeat NOT making out!

1. It was on Jimmy's behalf, and he hasn't really been crazy about girls, ever (except Betty. But Betty is a "woman" XD)... so a quick kiss to let out some "pent up emotions" should be enough

2. They're only what... 11? I'm never sure on their age. :wacko: I don't remember "making out" or anything close to it when I was 11! I don't even think I liked boys till I was like, 16 (yeah I was slow XD)

3. It brought up a lot of questions of "What are they?" as in, "Are they dating now?", "Are they 'friends' now?" et.c, since the kiss wasn't exactly a proclamation of love. WHICH sets up a background for a lot of nice fanfiction B)
