I guess it depends how you look at it...
It seems to me that Jimmy shows off more often than Cindy does...
But Cindy is more... aggressive (is that the right word?) in her "showing off", and brags more.

How does that make him more of a show-off? He gets better grades and a higher I.Q, but that doesn't make him more of a show-off?
