Two things: 1) We can't walk, and 2) our gills are on our sides where our lungs would normally be, so we'd just quickly use up the water in the helmet and end up gasping for breath.

Looks to me like she's gonna try to whip something up to satisfy both our needs. We're water-breathers and we can't walk. I trust her.
