I thought I'd make this topic to arouse things a bit. It would be nice if you put the names in order, like so:

1. Cindy.

Toss-up between Libby and Jimmy. I mean, she's got her shit together, but he's got his own hovercar and can go gallivanting across the globe at any time...

That just means he's good at getting what he wants. That's kinda an immature outlook methinks. Plus he still has that whole "girls are icky" outward approach whilst having obvious crushes on Betty and Cindy (depending on your ship your milage may vary) which is pretty immature. Libby however is a bit more open about her crush on Sheen. Embarrassed by it, but still open.

That's why my list is:

1. Libby
2. Jimmy
3. Cindy
4. Sheen
5. Carl

I think they're all pretty immature in their own ways though, so it was a toughy.

My list is the same as yours, Kazzy, except Carl and Sheen are switched. lol Sheen just seems like the most immature of the gang. haha No wonder they chose him for PS(no offense intended to any PS supporters)...

I would actually put Cindy lower on the list, because her emotional maturity is pretty much NIL

She can have an issue with her temper and gossip, but overall she's a perfect balance to all of the eccentric characters.

I would have to say that my list goes like this. (I'm going from most to least)

#1 Libby
Libby is pretty level headed I mean yeah she partakes in cindy's taunting of Jimmy but not nearly as much and towards the end of the series she realizes just how imature it is. Second Libby is pretty calm and doesn't just blow up on anyone except to stop arguments among the gang mostly between Cindy and Jimmy.

#2 Carl
While Carl may be completeyl clueless however he does seem to have some sense in his head I mean how many times have we heard Carl say something along the lines of "I don't know Jimmy you could just pick up your pants like your mom said" and on top of that Carl is a loyal friend take for Example the episode Sheen's Brain when despite being used to practice a split he is more worried about Sheen than himself

#3 Jimmy/Cindy
Jimmy may be a genius however he seems pretty imature to me take for example the episode Brobot "I can even use him for all the experiments that are too dangerous for Carl" and as far as emotional maturity he scores pretty low take for example his constant arguing with Cindy and the way he gets upset over stupid things such as having to pick up his pants and stupid stunts like altering his dad's personality because he doesn't want his dad to perform the ducky dance.

And as for Cindy her constant arguing with neutron is just plain imature and while Neutron may have a big ego her's isn't any smaller "let the record show that for one brief moment I was smarter than freakbrain" and she has a very short temper and incredible jealousy issues.

Do I even need to say anything. But apart from that Sheen is also a loyal friend example when he tries to rescue Jimmy from the league of Villians (even if he didn't have plan)

Ooh I voted for Cindy but than I saw Libby after and wish to choose her instead, than Cindy than Jimmy and last on my half would be Carl. What you guys said about Libby is right, she knows what to do around guys and how to deal with people who give her crap, her mom must be very proude
