After reading up on the Batman & Robin saga at wikipedia, I decided to choose creating my own ideal in place of the canon in the comics. Basically RobStar get married a year or so after Robin becomes Nightwing, eventually they have two children: John (after Dick's father) & Ruby Grayson.
Around the time Dick's called to become the new Batman, John & some of the other original Titans' children form a new Teen Titans, but only once their parents feel their ready, & the parents are ok with their kids being away from home. Dick then moves himself, Starfire, & Ruby (her only superpower is Star's superstrength, as I felt much more wou;d be unfair to the rest of the Batman bunch, good & evil alike) to Gotham becoming Batman, Ruby becomes the new Batgirl, & Starfire the new Batwoman. The new Robin is not John, (he's Nightwing at this point) but rather Bruce's own son Damien Wayne- http://en.wikipedia....ki/Damian_Wayne
Using that setup to get Damien in the Grayson-Wayne manor & the Bateam, needless to say Damien isn't exactly happiest about the whole thing, niether are the Graysons. But with Alfred's help, Ruby could eventually get through to the kid, & this means a pair will be within the two.
On John's side of things, Slade & Blackfire get together & have two kids around the same time John's born, one year or so apart. NightStar & Slade II. Slade II has Robin's apprentice uniform & his father's mask, I'm working on NightStar & will edit when possible. Most likely Terra's apprentice uniform with a different hairstyle then her mother's, & Slade's eye color. Her brother gets Blackfire's purple.
We didn't find out Slade's real name in the cartoon, so we won't here either mainly cause I haven't thought of it yet, nor do I want to. *headache* XD
