Observation time:

Katara's braid is often depicted as being as long as mine used to be before I got 17 inches of hair cut off.

But when her hair is down and loose, it is as long as mine is NOW.

And also, which is your favorite Book 1 episode?

For me, these are my favorites:

Book 1:
The Waterbending Scroll.

I love when the kids steal the pirate ship and Zuko laughs at the pirates, and then the pirates take his ship and he's like, "HEY! That's MY boat!"

Book 2:
Zuko Alone

Little kid Zuko is amazingly adorable! "You're soaking wet." "Girls are crazy!"

Book 3:

The Firebending Masters "Zuko, come on! I want you to dance with me!"

...I may have been too careful with my spoiler tags, but whatever. The blacked out things after the episodes from Books 1 and 2 won't spoil anything for Katie, since she's seen those episodes already.
