Which of these two do you think is a better title for my story?
- Life, Love and Death
Or..
- The Comet Catylist

A while ago, my friend Annabelle (That's actually her name. She shortens it to Belle, like the princess.) asked me to Beta a story for her. It's called "Smart". Link. It's told from Sheen's point of view, and it's actually a very good story, even thought its still a work in progress.
Anyway, it turns out I've been doing more than Betaing... I've been feeding her ideas and stuff, so we're basically writing it together. That's why I don't have any other projects going at the moment.
So I just remembered that I didn't tell anyone here about it... but I'd really like to know what you guys think of it.
WARNINGS (read this before you read the story):
(1) It has some very mature content in it (It's only rated teen, but there are mentions of rape/unconsentual-adulty-things, emo-ism, alchoholism, child abuse, beatings, et cetera) so if you are offened by that stuff, don't read it.
(2) Nick gets completely bashed and made out as a rapist. Cliche, I know, but it's done in a new way and I like to think that we are un-cliche-ing it. Hopefully it isn't too overdone.
(3) Betty Quinlan is not shown in a very good light. I protested this when Annabelle sent me the first drafts, but I couldn't sway her. Betty fans-- I give you fair warning.
(4) Not-so-mild language.
(5) This is essentially a Sheen/Cindy FRIENDSHIP fic, but it contains many elements of S/L and will contain J/C in the future, probably. There are plans for that, anyway.
(6) Last but not least, this IS told from Sheen's point of view, so there is some really random stuff in there, and a bunch of stuff that's going to make you feel like you have ADD/ADHD (only near the beggining, though. Somewhere in the middle, he starts taking his medication. Le gasp. :o ). One minute we're talking about this birthday, the next minute he's telling you how much he like corduroy pants.
That's about it. I just wanted to let you guys know that there's a fic out there with the Casey stamp on it (though the idea was Belle's.)

Wow. I'm glad you rated that fic T, because it's being added to my list of evidence that some of the things that go later in my fic still fit within a T rating.

I agree that it is pretty good, but I think it needs a little help in the grammar department. No offense, of course. I'm just...a grammar freak to by honest lol.

.....
Ok, so maybe there hasn't been an update on my story for quite sometime, so I GREATLY apologize. -_-
But recently random ideas for a re-written Pt. 4 have been coming to me, ideas which might change the outcome of long-awaitted Pt. 7 and the whole Phase completly than orginally planned.
But then again they're just ideas. So I doubt I'll fiddle too much with the rest of Phase 1 as it'll more or less stay in course.
I just hope people don't think of it as completly OOC of the show.
The story is just so BIG! Not BIG as in alot of words... ok, maybe a novels worth of words but just BIG in epic. It may not have the superior writing prowess of Mara, or the JN episode-like accuracy of Katie, or Writer Woman, or any JN fic writer that has come and gone and will come and go. It may not have great sentence strucure or rich word choices, it's not the best organized fic you'll ever read like TOSOT and all, it's not the most carefully waved-together scened fic you'll ever read etheir, it may not have non-canon couples that almost everyone likes, It's very likely that J/Bers will probably hate it alot, and it's MOST DEFINITLY NOT TOSOT.
What I will promise you of what the fic is going to be I can sum up in just one word....
AMBITIOUS
I'm guessing most of you have read it so far (I hope you have to, Pig) *Wags finger*. So you all pretty much have a good idea of the direction I plan on taking this fic and the JN universe to. Something that's not only trying to stay close to the show, but also tries to expand the character's personal bounderies than the show allowed them. Call it experimenting with the formula. The guys will experience change on a grand epic scale. It's gonna be weird, scary, frightening and fun all at the same time - just like real life.
I think change is gonna be one of the definite themes of this story: something some of us are experiencing now, something that others have yet to experience. So I would like for everyone, young and old, to really relate to this story, the events and the personal changes Jimmy and the guys will go through, and know that if they can change, then maybe YOU can too.
Seems very strange that IDOJ's most pessimistic member is making a story about finding hope in uncertain times. So I don't find it surprising that you find this weird coming from me.
But I guess for me, the plot speaks for itself.
From reviewing the plot for this both in my notes and my head, this story sounds more like it's from Japanese Anime than it does from Jimmy Neutron (NO, the guys aren't gonna speak Japanese). And I think like TOSOT, it's gonna have an OC.
-everyone gasps-
But you'll hear NOTHING from me about it and like it!! -evil Pig-like laugh-
But I guess we'll see. -_-
Thank you for your time and always look up to the sun, even if it's dim...
-everyone looks at Pedro like WTF? If he's telling us this, then why can't he actually LIVE what he says?!?-
P.S. - PLEASE read Emily's "Jimmy WHO?". "A New Kid In Town", and all her other JN-based fics.

Also sorry if there hasn't been an update to Neutron At War in a while.
I pretty much know what's going to happen for the rest of Neutron At War now, so I don't have any plotting to do, at least not for NaW.

Awesome!! :thumbsup:Y'know, so much of what Pedro just posted also applies to me.

But does it look like I might have some competition?

Also I'd like a quick poll-In Neutron At War, there are three spots where Timmy appears (he appears more in NTTS). Should the next spot where he appears be Chapter Fifteen or Chapter Twenty?
It doesn't really effect my story since he doesn't interact with the JN characters until his third appearance in Chapter Forty.
