Well, I haven't been really into the NK stuff lately, but I am trying to get back into it now, heh.
Well, I asked Khalid if I could use his character and he said yes, so  . Any way! If I need your character in my story, I WILL PM YOU ABOUT IT. I don't do the sneaky toss-in-any-character-that-doesn't-belong-to-you jazz.
Last time, on Darkness's behalf, she had sold out the Neutronia Knights by Eustace's guards. However, the Knights forgave her for her betrayal and continued letting her be a knight. This is a continuation of that. So, this may explain Darkness's sudden appearance. XP
Part I: "Having Courage"
'Every Knight has something that makes them different and unique,
something each can be proud of.
I am different and unique from the other knights,
but I am not proud.
I am labeled "traitor".
Nothing to be proud of.'
Her stare still continued to lock on the office door of the Black Knight. The steady beats of her heart pounded in the back of her mind.
She grasped the door handle tightly, almost ready to make a move. A knot had formed in the back of her throat when she realized that
she would have to swallow her pride; a task she would dearly have a problem with. Her desperate pleads to get rid of nervousness and
anxiety failed her with no mercy. Her mind was clouded, for once, she couldn't think.
Without warning of her own body movements, she pushed the door open and walked in.
Her gazed locked on the knight sitting behind the desk. His hair had a mystic black flavor to it- or so, she described it. Sunglasses protected
the identity of his eyes, yet she could feel what color they were. He wore a black jumpersuit with steel-toed boots, she guessed.
"Sir?" Her eyes never unlocked from the site of the man. This was him, this was the Black Knight. She had heard so much about him, yet she knew less on what to say to him. She watched his head come up, and his glance lock on her.
"I don't think I have seen you around," he cleared his throat. "Are you a new knight?" His boots scraped across the floor as he stood over her. His face plastered an amused smirk, "You're really young, aren't you?"
Her face fell in disappoint at hearing this. She was known as the second youngest to the Neutronia Knights, but wasn't 'that-well-known' like the Neutronia Knight Isaac. She was just known as being a traitor. "Sir, I am young, but I am not new. I actually have something to confess-" her eyes stared up at him; she continued, "I am ashamed. When I first joined, I had been bought out by one of Eustace's guards. I fed him information about a previous plan of the Neutronia Knights, yet they still forgave me. In secret, I had asked Isaac to punish me somehow, but he just wouldn't do it," her breath rose back to normal speed, "I have had some thinking done, and I have decided that I want people to trust me again. I don't wish to fail the queen, and I don't wish to be labeled as the only Knight in history to have betrayed its people. As well, do I want to become stronger and great. Just like you, sir, and Sir Isaac."
The Dark Knight felt himself grow a bit of a pity for the poor girl. He had understood why she wanted a second chance, but he wondered why she came to him for the need. "Continue on with your explanation, please."
Her voice cracked again, "Sir, I wish for you to train me with no mercy. I want to get stronger and help more! Then maybe..just maybe, I could-" She left her sentence hanging. Her body trembled in fear of her request being rejected. Her heart only craved on thing, and that one thing screamed in the back
of her head: a second chance...
A soft chuckled escaped the Dark Knight's throat as he stared at the young girl, "Alright. I will help you. I understand what you are going through, and I will help the best I can. Everyone deserves a second chance." His smile leapt across his face and brightened the whole kingdom. As a gesture of reassurance, he ruffled her hair playfully. "You start early tomorrow. 5 A.M."
Her excitment was hardly containable. She felt as if she would just hug that man right there and then, but she had more respect for higher authority. Something about his kindness sparked her from the inside. She couldn't exactly put her finger on it, but something about the Dark Knight made him a brotherly figure to her.

Yep, it is rather short, isn't it? O_o;;
