Hi Amanda!

Man, you haven't PMed me in ages.  -_-

Here's an idea. Why don't you open a Slap Topic on YOUR site.
-It was your idea after all, and it was a totally excellent idea.
-I don't know what Mara has against you, Amanda, but I don't think she's being very nice.  :angry:
-She's becoming increasingly annoying, disrespectful of others, and she's doing everything she can to take all the fun out of IDOJ.
-I sometimes wonder if Mara hasn't been exposed to Megalomanium. She's certainly acting like a megalomaniac.

But anyway, Amanda, if you had put a Slap Topic in your site in the first place, those 10,000 posts might all have been on YOUR site, instead of here, and then Young Love certainly wouldn't be dying.

Just a thought!

I'm sorry that YL is having trouble, Amanda, but I certainly don't think you should shut it down.

It think it's a great idea to open a slap topic there - whatever works for you. It's your forum, do whatever you need. :D

I have nothing against you, Amanda. That's absurd. Contrary to what Snazzo seems to think, I don't make it my mission to destroy other people's fun.

Why would I "do everything possible to take the fun out of IDOJ"? Didn't I BUILD IDOJ? Don't I spend hours of my time trying to keep it a fun, safe place for everyone? Why would I chase people away? Snazzo, if I'm becoming increasingly annoying, then I'm sorry, but I fail to see how I'm acting like a megalomaniac. If I was, I would have deleted this post, banned you, and carried on without narry a word.

I can't believe I'm even letting myself REACT to this. But I have to. I mean, just pretend for a second that (and I know this would never happen) PIGQUET posted the following: "Ugh! That Krista! She's been so annoying lately. She just takes the fun out of everything! She's a selfish megalomaniac who ruins everyone's good time!!" Well, I couldn't just sit around and say nothing. So I shouldn't sit around and let myself be insulted either. It's not right, Snazzo. If you have a problem with me, say it to my face, don't write to Amanda and say I have something against her.

Snazzo, I'm not gonna lie. This post makes you sound whiny and immature. Stop it.

Thanks for saying exactly what I was thinking, Mara. Amanda starting the Slap Topic has NOTHING TO DO with it being locked. She would have locked it regardless of who created it. I'm sure she would have locked it had it been Krista, or Gwen, or Hugh, or even me or you.

Amanda, actually, only posted there 113 times. That's putting her at #12 on the list, so it's hardly her fault. She has less posts than me, at 752, or even another person who had 259.

YL is DEAD, and you guys won't help bring it BACK. You talk about it on this fourm. You suggest what we do to bring it back, but yet when I go over to YL I see nothing but a ghost town.

Doing Ads won't work, making topics won't work, the only thing that will work is if our members go back! :'(

So I made a topic. PLEASE go tell what times you can be on so we can work this out. Because I spent my whole summer at YL last year! And seeing it go down like this.. hurts.
