I love Sheen's German voice! It's so much deeper than Carl and Jimmy's lol.

And the German theme song is sicknasty.

Do they have The Trouble With Clones episode available for viewing on this site? I can't figure out what the titles are saying, and I really wanna hear EJ's German voice.

No Mary, I'm sorry. They haven't even aired all JN episodes here, therefore there are only old episodes aviable. One of Us is one of the newest next to N-men up there. EJ's voice is pretty awesome though in my eyes.

Yeah...I was a bit shocked about the English Sheen first...all in all I love this one more, but the German voice sounds very charming in some episodes ^_^

They have the Phantom of Retroland ep there. I can hear German Nick's apparently God-awful voice there.

Nah actually I grew used to it. Funny thing is, when I talk in German about the show I automatically use the German names. But when I write with you guys or stuff, those don't even cross my mind and I go with the original ones. LOL


Why does it surprise you? ^_^ I hate most German voices, but Nick sounds like he has a sore throat to me, in English. I can't stand his voice. *shudder*

Why do they call him Max?

He's too Sheen to be a Max.

Actually you can find interesting the fact of the name Maximilian is a sort of Sheen too...as in it's meaning as a name.
I think I would call it a friendly adaptation to common names in the region. I'm just guessing....what do yousay Laura?

But I have to say...the only disney movie for example that i better like to watch in Spanish than English are is Aladdin. And the Lion King in Spanish is just holly crazy!

OH yah I hv the same thing in Spanish. Also there are lots of things changed than just names sometimes XD

Funny thing is, I grew to dislike Cindy's German voice (a LOT) and loved the English one...but somehow my preference goes back to the German one. Don't ask me why. Jimmy however sounds HORRIBLE in German. God, I loathe it!

Don't even tell me about it...when I heard Jimmy I sunk in my seat.
And when I heard the voices from Wilbur and Lewis in Meet the Robinsons in German I was like...HEY DO BOYS REALLY TALK LIKE THAT?!
BUT FRENCH VERSION WAS JUST FANTASTIC and with hilarious adaptations :kawaii: :kawaii:

They like messing with main character's voices. Problem is, when I can't stand the voice, I can't stand the character usually. I don't like Jimmy nearly as well as the other gang people (okay Carl excluded)...maybe also because of the voice they gave him. But hey, I'm a crazy fan of his show though.^^

Sheen isn't a name in English, either Laura. He was named after Charlie Sheen, and that guy's real last name was Estevez. So that's where Sheen Estevez came from.

But just in case the topic ever comes up in fanfiction, I've found out that Sheena is a real feminine name, and decided that Sheen was a masculine version of it. *nods*

So his name is officially real now.
