Have you seen the 'After KCA 2002 Jimmy Neutron Interruption' on youtube? I got it from there, then I did some re-touches with the color and stuff.

I think Jimmy was 8 years old in the movie, right? Or was it nine?

When I first saw them (in the movie) I thought they were 8 or 9. Only when I saw the series, did I know they were 11.
Cindy was so young in the movie with the ponytails and clothes.

Yeah they were pretty much ten in the movie,but I think they changed their style in the series to make them look a little older. (I think..). Yeah Cindy did look really young in the movie lol.

Jimmy, Sheen and Carl don't look that different except perhaps their voices changed?

Well, Carl had the suspenders, and Jimmy wore shorts and brown shoes, which changed in the series. Sheen's outfit didn't change at all, but the animation looks better on him.
