Attention! The first meeting of the Out of Shape Club will now come to order!
Meeting Topic: Healthy Foods

(Eh, I just thought of this.) Okay, so guys, I know we're all in this "out of shape" club, but I think we should become the "in shape" club. So here's the first meeting, where we will discuss ways to BECOME in shape. Therefore, as you can tell, our first meeting will be discussing healthy, delicious foods. (And if anyone ever uses the expession "Delicious and Nutritious" I will personally make them attend my school and make my 4th grade principal come back.)

Rachel's Recommendation: It might sound odd, but here goes.

1. Take out a small glass bowl, tofu, and cheese (preferably shredded).
2. Put tofu on stove for a couple minutes and then cut into bite size pieces.
3. Put shredded cheese (a lot) on the bottom of the bowl and then two or three pieces of tofu on top, not touching each other.
4. Repeat step three until cheese is at the top of the bowl.
5. Put in microwave for 60 seconds. Eat.

I know, I know, but it's practically the same as eating plain cheese but 10x healthy. You really should try it.

Okay, and now comes the part of the meeting where YOU tell ME what healthy foods are good. And... GO!

Well, my recommendations would be-

Celery and penut butter
Carrots and ranch
Yogurt!! No, not the Trix kind. I meant Yoplait, you fools. P:
Strawberries with just a tiny little bit of sugar sprinkled on top (OMG, that's teh sex).

Hugh: *Smacks Krista upside the head*

And I'd put up more if I weren't so braindead. *Five in the morning*

Healthy food? Come on! Who needs their health when they have access to ungodly amounts of pie, which is by far the superior choice? :D

Or coffee. Coffee's good.

But, er, can't pie be good for you sometimes?

Celery and penut butter

Peanut butter is actually incredibly fattening. We did a test in class last year and peanut butter was 2nd or 3rd most fattening out of the ten we tested.

LOL, that's not to healthy. I live on blueberries. And pasta. Seriously. When we got back from my trip my mom bought I think 11 bags of frozen blueberries. When I was reading HPatDH I went thru 1.5 bags of frozen and 1 box of fresh blueberries. Exdee

Yumm. I love blueberries. :]

I think I'm going to sneak down to my kitchen to get some now. I say sneak because it's 12 o'clock, and I doubt my parents want me up, lol.

But celery actually burns fat. So wouldn't they kind of even themselves out?

Oh yeah I forgot. But celery burns calories, not fat. And I'm pretty sure peanut butter is more fattening than celery isn't.
