really? I thought it was Prof. Calamitous from the eppie Pigquet said, when at the end of the show he said to jimmy that he could run, but he couldn't, and he couldn't complete the sentence...

But Prof. Calamitous DOES say "Never mind" sometime (can't remember exactly when or even exactly which episode, but I'm pretty sure he does at some point!!!)
When Justine said you were on the right track with your guess, though, Pigquet, I assumed she meant it was a Carl quote. This is "Name That Episode" after all, so I guess you got the right person, wrong ep...
