I think Justine is right but I don't know if you should go or wait for Slink.
I was kind of thinking it was Sheen from Attack of the Twonkies. I recall he chases someone down and holds them upside down because THEY owe him money, but I don't know if that's it or not.
Where is Sheen getting all this money from?
