Well, considering no one got the quote I posted ("No Thanks!") I'll give you 2 clues...

1; It's a character that is in love with sugar
2; It's a season 3 episode...

Just please try and think! I don't want anyone to guess it, but I sorta want them to so we can continue on this game. =D

I dunno Justine ... :unsure: ... I think you stumped everyone ...

Sugar? That's gotta be Sheen.

And thing is I can almost see him in my mind's eye, raising a hand and saying "No thanks!"

But I really don't know the episode, and I wouldn't want to guess every episode in the season.
-Maybe Chica will get it, she's good at this.
-Hugh used to be excellent at this, if memory serves, but he doesn't get over here often anymore.

So I'm not sure how long you'll want to wait.

I don't know if we've ever had a complete stump! I almost stumped once with "Run, you idiots!" but after a couple days and a couple hints someone, I think it may have been Chica, got it. (Its from Power Hour 3.)

Well, as long as I'm typing, a wild guess:
