I'm just going to be honest.

Using quotes that have been said by more than one character in more than one episode is incredibly frustrating. It's one thing to use obscure quotes that only one character said, but it's another when the quote's been used in a bunch of episodes.

It's like saying, "Ok here's my quote, 'Brain blast' hahaha now try and figure that out."

Now we all know the quote is most likely from Jimmy, but there are a couple episodes where it's someone else and there are a ton of episodes where he says that exact line. While we may pick harder quotes on purpose to make the game more challenging, this borders on impossible. It's to the point where I know that I want to give up and not play, which is not what I want to do.

I agree using repeats is unfair. Its okay if you're not aware that its been said a different time when you post it. But if you think it may have been, its not a good idea. In fact, I think that should probably be a rule for the game. Its allowed to be difficult and challenging, but not one that's been said more times than the answer.

I'm pretty sure someone said it in Win, Lose, Kaboom when they were getting in the cruiser, so I'm gonna say Hugh cause he was one of the only minor character on it besides Bolbi. Or was it Bolbi who said it?

Actually I didn't know that you hadn't watched that episode often. I don't stalk you, so I don't know which episodes you watch. I just choose a random episode and picked out a line that wouldn't be super obvious.
