It's probably an ep I've only seen a couple times, such as The Feud, The Mighty Wheezers, Who's Your Mommy, Crouching Jimmy, Hidden Sheen, etc...
I think it was someone trying to separate Jimmy and Cindy because they were hopelessly arguing with eachother... That's my guess, at least, maybe Sheen, but I dunno...
