So I don't have my computer back. New anti-virus software is messing everything up and I have to take it in to get fixed AGAIN. =(

    it's more that my OLD anti-virus software is not uninstalling properly and seems to be FUSED TO MY COMPUTER'S CORE leaving it impossible to use my new software (and sadly, somehow, impossible to RUN my old software, either, so right now i have nothing.)
