Were they resting on your keyboard for almost the whole day?? If so, its cause is low blood circulation. ;)

Haha, no, its because I went out for a 40 minute walk in the freezing cold, and even though I wore gloves, they still went numb after awhile. *shudders* But that was hours ago, and they're fine now. ^_^
