hell if I know. Canaca can never seem to get its act together. I opened up yet *another* support ticket, but it usually takes them 24 hours minimum to respond. Sigh...

Here is the reply from Canaca: "The server that hosted your account has crashed. We tried to restore your account from our backup servers on a new server but as there was no backup from your account, we could not do it. We are working on the crashed server maybe we can retrieve your files from it. For now, we can create a new account for you, if you have any backups from your account, upload it to your account. We will do our best to retrieve your files from crashed server and back it up ...
