Incoming wall of text. Be prepared. It's a shortened version of a phrase attributed to Cato the Elder, a Roman Senator that was hell-bent on destroying Carthage, Rome's ancient rival. It essentially means, "And furthermore, I think that Carthage should be destroyed." He supposedly ended every speech with the phrase. Somehow, it's become a meme 2200 years later. Don't ask me how.
