Well, technically it's just "Mara" that's a slang term for penis (similar to dick or schlong in English). The "chan" honorific just makes it cutesy

Now I'll just feel really awkward any time I tell my buddies "Yeah I heard from Mara again." or "Yeah I'll pass that information on to Mara." or "Hey guys I'm now one of Mara's top patrons." or anything like that.... at least for a week or so until I forget this conversation and it all returns to normal.
