So I might be getting a kitten in a couple months. Just went over to confirm for my friend that her roomie's cat is pregnant.

Such a weird situation. I'd been looking to get a companion for Galileo, but I'd been hoping to get him an adult friend. But now I'm roped into this pregnant cat situation, and feel involved now. Don't think the owners have ANY idea what to do with the kittens. Feel like I need to rescue one if I can.

Yes, shading can be done with simple pencils and looks lovely when you learn how to do it correctly. xD But I like your sketches, Em. ^^

Bah. Had to change my fanfic rating from K+ to T. Feel like it's necessary, now that there are some chapters involving war and some mildly horrific death. I can't in good conscience say it doesn't have "more mature themes" anymore.

It is! On a "horrific death" scale from mild to UTTERLY GRUESOME, it's definitely on the mild side! But I can't deny it's horrific. Death by scalding steam isn't pleasant, after all.
