Since you're all pretty boring ;) and haven't come up with many contests on your own, I guess it's my job to make a new one for you.
It's a coloring book contest! *.* You know, like the ones you used to have in school when you were a little kid :lol:
Here are the rules:
-Color the lineart provided. You can print it out and color it by hand (like w/ colored pencils or w/e), then scan the final version and submit it that way. Or, if you have photoshop, corel painter, or some other program, you can color it on the computer. Just set the lineart layer to multiply and color the pic. Make sure to make layers so that you can make changes without making a mess of everything!
-Final pictures must have all three girls colored. Backgrounds are optional.
-The pictures must be submitted as .jpg or .png and can be hosted on a image hosting site like photobucket.
-The winner will be able to have a character that they design appear in my fanfic, The Other Side of Tomorrow (within reason). ^_^
If you have any questions, let me know! The picture that you will be coloring is called "At the Beach" and is a gag picture I made as a joke for my friend Steph. She and I are always joking that if I keep being so mean to my story characters, one of these days I'm gonna get a note saying: "Dear Mara, we're sick of all this angst, so we decided to just skip all this crap, waste Future Jimmy's planet, and go on vacation to Hawaii. Signed, Aurora, Libby, and April" or something like that. Haha, anyway, here is the lineart:
From left to right, the characters are Aurora, Future Libby, and April (but you knew that). I'd also like to point out that this pic solves the long held dilemma of whether or not Gorlocks have hair. They DO. They just cut it really short and wear it under their helmets. April must have grown hers out for this pic (that, and it looked stupid when I gave her a buzz cut). :bunny:
